They were done less than a half hour after I drove in so I have to wait an extra half hour for the adhesive to set. For that price, it was worth the weight. - RRRedCarrotAug 20, 20265.0I chose Dwight's to replace a crack windshield on my car couple weeks ago mainly because of its many favorable reviews on Google. They did not disappoint. They worked things out with my insurance quickly to get an OEM windshield (my preference) since my car is a '23. Getting ahold of an OEM windshield was quick as well (3 days) and scheduled me for the replacement right away. It was all done within a week. I appreciate they kept me posted on the progress throughout via phone call by an actual person(!!). The windshield replacement had to be done at their store because it has OEM gadgets attached to it that require reprogramming after replacement. I waited at their store while the work was being done (~1.5 hr). Their waiting/seating area is clean, roomy, comfortable, and WIFI available. The lady at the counter was personable and friendly. A very positive experience through and through.

Looked up my records and 3 years ago you did the same job for al.ost $200 cheaper. Really hoped you didn't go to the competitors playback but you did. Never again
