Motorhome service- The issue was not repaired and the other requested service (slide out service) was not completed at all with no record of request. The worst customer service experience I have encountered. Will NEVER return! Zero stars.

Bryce Brown – In Response and our experience
Your experience is almost identical to what my wife and I have been going through.
We are now three weeks into this situation and were supposedly approved from day one. We submitted all requested documentation and provided a $1,500 down payment on the first day with a thanks from staff and handshakes. We were even asked when we wanted to pick up our Coleman 17b.
Here are the explanations we've been given, in the order they were provided over the past 3 weeks:
1. The shipping company delayed delivery of the unit from Tempe. I even offered to pick it up myself.
2. The finance manager had a family emergency. I completely understand that, but I was under the impression we had already been approved.
3. We were told there was new management and things were slow.. in finance
4. We were informed that our unit had arrived, only to be told the next day, "No, that wasn't yours."
5. We were then told our unit had finally arrived, but the door had a dent and needed repair..?
6. I dropped in and asked what was going on and was asked, "What was your credit score again?" despite the fact that we had supposedly already been approved.
****It's also worth noting that, behind the scenes, my credit was pulled three additional times after I was told I was approved. With out our consent.
7. Two weeks into the process, we received an email from Ebony Bishop at Camping World requesting all of our information again. At that point, I thought we were already approved.
8. I contacted Ebony by both phone and message. To her credit, she responded quickly and assured me everything looked good and that finance would be contacting me.
9. Now, two days later, I still haven't received a call, an update, or any communication whatsoever.
At this point, the lack of communication, repeated requests for the same information, and constantly changing explanations have made this process incredibly frustrating.
We are not even sure what to do.. Still out $1500, camping world keeps running our credit and just waiting for what..

The air conditioner is crap the door doesn't close or lock no power cord.... 40k then it's 54k plus instrest now it's 95k. And it's 100 degrees inside all day.. 25 hundred for a sewer hose and a pack toilet paper

Don't go to this place for an RV go anywhere else I mean literally anywhere else they got one review that's a 5 star which definitely is a lie anyway me and my partner with a good credit score both applied for financing. So they took are credit card number down for some reason then proceeded to say we're approved then a few days went by then i finally have to call them to find out I need a CO signer with good credit so go my partner to Co sign who again has good credit never missed a payment on anything. A couple more days go by and then they tell us that we together are not approved just saying if you want to waste your time in replacing your credit cards or just generally wasting your time don't go here. Goodluck to anyone who does. Oh and the same RV I was trying to finance was 2000 cheaper at the mesa one.
