I drove from the Cave Creek/Phoenix area to Camping World of Tucson specifically to look at an RV I had scheduled an appointment to see. Between traffic, accidents, and the round trip, I spent roughly six hours on the road and burned an entire tank of gas. Unfortunately, the trip turned out to be a complete waste of time. What makes this especially frustrating is that I had asked several specific questions about the RV before making the drive. Had someone simply taken the time to answer those questions or call me back, I likely would have known before leaving Phoenix that this RV was not something I would be interested in. I made the appointment directly with the Tucson location and was contacted the night before to verify that I was coming. Despite that, when I arrived, the staff apparently had no idea I had an appointment. The salesperson I was given had no knowledge that I was coming, the RV had not been prepared, the slides were not out, the air conditioning was not running, and nothing had been done to make the vehicle ready for a serious prospective buyer. The condition of the RV was far worse than I had been led to believe. The exterior was completely roached from sun exposure. The fiberglass, finish, and graphics were so badly deteriorated that, in my opinion, this is not a simple detailing or decal-replacement issue. It appears the RV would most likely need to be re-skinned or undergo an extensive exterior restoration to make it presentable again. The driver and passenger captain's chairs were also badly shredded. This did not look like ordinary sun damage—it appeared more consistent with damage from an animal. The tires were dated 2018 as well, meaning replacement would need to be factored into the cost immediately. I had also previously asked about important items such as the generator hours and the overall condition of the RV. Those were exactly the kinds of questions that could have saved everyone time if someone had simply answered them before I made the drive. When I expressed my frustration, I was essentially told that if they had known I had an appointment, they could have had everything ready. That was particularly disappointing considering I DID have an appointment, and the dealership had contacted me the night before to confirm it. I understand that a 2018 used RV is not going to be perfect. My issue is not that it had normal wear and tear. This RV appeared to need major exterior work, new tires, reupholstery of the captain's chairs, and potentially substantial additional work. When you're asking a customer to drive several hours to look at something in that condition, answering basic questions beforehand matters. A full tank of gas, approximately six hours of driving through traffic and accidents, and essentially an entire day were wasted because nobody bothered to answer the questions I had already asked. Based on my experience, I would not recommend making a long-distance trip to this location without first getting your questions answered and making sure someone has actually looked at the RV closely enough to accurately describe its condition.

Don't go to this place for an RV go anywhere else I mean literally anywhere else they got one review that's a 5 star which definitely is a lie anyway me and my partner with a good credit score both applied for financing. So they took are credit card number down for some reason then proceeded to say we're approved then a few days went by then i finally have to call them to find out I need a CO signer with good credit so go my partner to Co sign who again has good credit never missed a payment on anything. A couple more days go by and then they tell us that we together are not approved just saying if you want to waste your time in replacing your credit cards or just generally wasting your time don't go here. Goodluck to anyone who does. Oh and the same RV I was trying to finance was 2000 cheaper at the mesa one.
