They suspected I might have transmission issues, but it turned out to be transmission mount and engine mount problems instead. Jon at the transmission shop really went beyond the call of duty. After the initial mount replacement work, I noticed a major alignment issue when I got the car back. They didnāt hesitate to take the vehicle back in, send it over to an alignment shop, and make sure it was handled properly. Even after that, I still had a few lingering concerns. Jon continued working with the alignment shop to dig deeper and help identify the possible root cause, which ultimately pointed toward strut issues. He really took the time to investigate everything thoroughly instead of just brushing it off. I genuinely appreciated the level of effort and communication throughout the whole process. Jon went above and beyond to make sure the issue was properly diagnosed and resolved, and I left as a very satisfied customer. Iād absolutely recommend this shop and would return for any future transmission-related needs.
