  I was originally referred from Tuck’s Automotive. They suspected I might have transmission issues, but it turned out to be transmission mount and engine mount problems instead. Jon at the transmission shop really went beyond the call of duty. After the initial mount replacement work, I noticed a major alignment issue when I got the car back. They didn’t hesitate to take the vehicle back in, send it over to an alignment shop, and make sure it was handled properly. Even after that, I still had a few lingering concerns. Jon continued working with the alignment shop to dig deeper and help identify the possible root cause, which ultimately pointed toward strut issues. He really took the time to investigate everything thoroughly instead of just brushing it off. I genuinely appreciated the level of effort and communication throughout the whole process. Jon went above and beyond to make sure the issue was properly diagnosed and resolved, and I left as a very satisfied customer. I’d absolutely recommend this shop and would return for any future transmission-related needs.

  This is the best place in Tucson to get all your transmission work done. They welcome you in with a smile and offer you water and ask how they can help get you and your vehicle get back on the road. It's like the heavens open and you are on a cloud being treated lik a king👑. They offer very affordable service. Hands down the best place in Tucson.

  Horrible service the guy at the front was no help at all it was a balding white guy very rude and didn’t even try to help genuinely worst trans shop I’ve ever went to the other one was able to diagnose it for free don’t waste your time with this 🗑️

  I have went here several times for services with no problems. However, this past experience I gave them my parts kit and they never gave the unused parts back. Guy at the desk is horrible at Customer service and rude. Definitely will not return and do not recommend.
