He took the time to actually listen to what was going on with my car, checked everything, found low brake fluid and a dirty front sensor, and fixed it right there for me. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy for being concerned, which I really needed in that moment. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
