Well, I had to visit another AutoZone, and this time I ended up at one of their main stores. All I can say is—holy cow, this place was big! Very clean, fully stocked shelves, and I honestly didn’t realize they had stores this size. Great customer service, too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is the second time this week I’ve needed parts, and my regular AutoZone recommended calling this location first before running all over town looking for what I need. I might just have to change stores! Great experience all around. Never goodbye—it’s see ya down the road. Safe travels! PJ

After my horrible experience at the autozone on Campbell and benson hwy. This location was absolutely perfect! Fix my issue with no problems and everyone was attentive. Carlos was the one that helped me out but everyone was great!

6/11/26 the manager almost gave away 100+ dollars of merchandise due to his negligence and lack of professionalism. Also the employee closing with him did not know you guys had designated tools to undo an oil filter. I ask and told him exactly what we needed the tool for and said all the tools you had are in the tool aisle.... No kidding. So anyway the manager mention something didn't go right in the transaction. So I tried to ask him what went wrong and he just stared at me blankly cuz I tried to ask if everything was okay. He did not say anything so I walked away and I had told the person that I'm with. Let's check and make sure everything's okay. So they checked their account well and behold they had not been charged. And right then and there he comes and he says oh I charged you cash didn't I? And we were just looking at him like I guess. Yeah I don't know what happened. And he was like. Oh yeah the short would have been $100 short and I'll give you 3% off for the inconvenience. It's like okay buddy but you're the manager. You don't know how to communicate and you almost gave $100 worth of merchandise away? And your employee doesn't know where your products are???? The other location I've been to was awesome but this was crazy. Ridiculous. I will be submitting another complaint elsewhere for the manager.
