  I needed a battery for my Nissan. Sam tested my battery and recommended that I needed a new one. He installed the battery in a short amount of time. Great Customer Service! Thank You Sam

  I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but he was truly amazing. Super nice and helped me get a new battery for my car. Thank you so much for all your help today. All I can say is he has facial hair lol I’m sorry I can’t remember your name, but thanks so much again !!

  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Brandon A. at AutoZone. Customer service like this has become pretty rare nowadays, and Brandon completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a positive attitude and immediately offered to help without making me feel rushed or pressured. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed, but Brandon took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and walked me through the different options. His knowledge of vehicles and parts was incredibly impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of just pointing me toward an aisle, he personally helped me find the correct part, double-checked that it would fit my vehicle, and even gave me helpful tips for the installation. What stood out most was his professionalism and patience. Even while the store was busy and other customers needed assistance, Brandon remained calm, friendly, and attentive to everyone. It was clear he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure customers leave satisfied. I also noticed him helping his coworkers whenever they had questions, which says a lot about his work ethic and leadership. Brandon has all the qualities you'd want in a manager. He's knowledgeable, dependable, approachable, and leads by example. He communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and goes above and beyond to make every customer feel like a priority. Employees with this level of dedication are hard to find, and AutoZone should recognize the value he brings to the team. If anyone from AutoZone management reads these reviews, I sincerely hope Brandon A. is considered for a management position. He has definitely earned it through his outstanding customer service, leadership, and commitment to helping both customers and coworkers. He made what could have been a frustrating trip into an easy and enjoyable experience, and I'll definitely be coming back because of him. Thank you again, Brandon, for your exceptional service.
