  I removed my transmission myself and brought it to this shop to be rebuilt. After I installed it, they offered a free installation evaluation to make sure everything was working properly. During that evaluation, they found a trouble code and initially suspected the torque converter. After further diagnosis, they determined the problem was inside the transmission itself. They stood behind their work completely. They removed the transmission, repaired the issue, and did not charge me for pulling it back out. Throughout the entire process, their communication was clear, honest, and open. Every interaction I had with them was excellent. Before choosing this shop, I had considered purchasing a rebuilt transmission online and installing it myself. Although the online warranty may have looked a little different on paper, having a reputable local company that I could speak with and work directly with turned out to be an absolute blessing. Had I purchased online and experienced the same problem, I likely would have spent another four days removing and reinstalling the transmission, possibly at my own expense. This company provided a good warranty and truly stood behind their work. I am extremely pleased with how they handled the situation and will definitely use them again if I ever need transmission work in the future. Highly recommended.

  Had grandson’s car tranny go out at dragoon canyon. Benson has no tranny shop so emergency no. guy referred to all-star. Said he had been using them for 20 yrs-top notch. Had car towed there that Sunday and left, front end was locked up! Monday they had car towed inside and diagnosed tranny gone and axles shot-replacement 8k. 2010 rave 4 not worth it, requested they dispose of vehicle and let me know their costs. Instead they solicited 2 bids of 500 and $1000 for the vehicle! They charged me $128 for their total services! I can’t tell you how enjoyable it was to deal with a family operation that goes above and beyond. CONGRADS Monica and all seven employees! Ps. My Sunday nite check showed them as a 4 star better business bureau rating w/accolades!

  Everyone at All Star Transmission was very helpful! They helped diagnose my vehicle after several shops were unable to even attempt the work. Monica was extremely professional and honest in providing me my options with regards to what would have been a complex fix. In the end, I chose to move on from the car but would have been completely confident in having them fix it. They saved me a lot of money down the road, most likely, due to their integrity. Thank you.

  Was a great experience overall with some incredibly friendly folks. They fixed my transmission quickly and did it at an amazing price! 10/10 would 100% recommend this place if you have transmission issues.
