  Took a nice convertible Mustang to the beach. Didn't break my budget. Will be renting from them again.

  I rented a car from Los Angeles airport to tucson airport. The phone Customer Service was not the best over the phone but in person. The personal at this location was very understanding and helpful. I would rent from here again.

  Fast, easy, and top notch customer service. The manager at return helped me get a phone returned after being left in the car!

  At the moment, I am waiting for feedback from a representative from Alamo Rent-A-Car. About a month before my reservation, I receive confirmation that I would be receiving a full-size vehicle as my rental. That is what I paid for and that is what I expected. Well, that never happened. When I arrived at the rental company, I was given a midsize vehicle with no explanation. I explained to the employee that I had paid for a full-size vehicle and that’s what I expected. I was told that they had no full-size vehicles, but they had a nice vehicle that I was given. I asked many different questions about receiving a full-size vehicle. And was given the runaround about it. I was hoping that I could get some type of refund or discount for accepting a vehicle that wasn’t what I paid for. I feel like I was cheated and I’m hoping that Alamo can make it right with me. I hope that they could make things right with anybody who has had a bad experience with Alamo
