  We travel all across the country, and without question, Bryce and the team at Alamo Rent A Car in Tucson, Arizona provided one of the best rental car experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. Bryce went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and the selection of vehicles was excellent. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly makes customers feel appreciated, but this team absolutely does. If you are in the Tucson area and looking for a reliable rental car company with amazing service, we highly recommend Bryce and his wonderful team at Alamo Rent A Car.   From pick up to drop off the staff was professional and a joy to interact with. I have not had good experiences with other companies but was pleasantly surprised with Alamo. Will continue to rent from them.

  We were disappointed the car pickup was not closer to the airport. After taking the shuttle to the rental building, we were told the manager would bring our vechile over. We waited for over a half hour. While waiting, Nila told us our rental insurance we purchased and booked the car through booking.com only applies to the deductible and tried to make us pay an additional $50 a day for their car insurance. She claimed her manager says ALL 3rd party insurance only covers deductable. We chose not to go with this option because that was almost equal to what we were paying per day for the car. Nila told us we need to inspect the car ourselves in the lights when her manager arrives with the car. When her manager arrives with the vechile, she goes outside with him around the side of the building to "fix something". We asked about this later, and they said they were "cleaning it". They parked it in the dark for us to look at when they were done "cleaning it" which did not make sense because we were told to inspect in the light. When finally getting in the vechile, the screen display did not work. We had to go back inside where someone admitted the manager who drove the vechile over knew the screen display didn't work. They got us a different vechile that was already on the lot to replace it. Had we gotten the 2nd vechile in the first place, our trip wouldn't have been delayed by over an hour. The 2nd vechile was nice and worked great but not the best experience. Will not be going back again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS — EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’ve rented from the Alamo on Country Club Rd in Tucson three times this month, and every experience has been absolutely STELLAR. Nila and Linda are truly amazing — I genuinely LOVE seeing their faces every time I walk in. Linda knows my family now, and the way she treats people is exactly how you’d treat your own: thoughtful, kind, courteous, and warm. She is everything the face of a company should be. She makes every rental smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Nila and Linda’s customer service is 5‑STAR, and because of them, I will go out of my way to rent from this location. If you want a great rental experience with people who actually care, I HIGHLY recommend renting from this Alamo location.

  This is the first time I have rented a car in a number of years. My car Rental from Alamo at the Tucson airport was a very good experience. It was easy to get to the offsite location with their shuttle. Great that I did not have to return it to the offsite but could return it directly to the airport. The car was exactly what I required. The staff was friendly and professional. My only question is why Alamo does not match the lower prices of going through Expedia or Priceline. That's what I had to do to save almost $47! I'd rather deal directly with the Car Rental company. But these days every dollar one can save is important.
