Went in on Saturday. (not the most inviting staff) Waited over 1 1/2 before someone told me that the windshield for my car was chipped and they didn't have another windshield until Monday. Staff then rescheduled me for Monday, got the install. Waited about 2 hours which they said was normal. Walked outside for a phone call from a friend and saw my car sitting in the parking lot. Why is my car in the parking lot I'm thinking? Walked over to see if the windshield was replaced after an 1 1/2 hours, thank God it was. Apparently the tech was going to call me to let me know but waited for 1/2 to do so which never happened because someone came out to finally give me my keys. Should I mention there's small fragments of glass all over my front passenger and some on drivers side. I've had windsheilds replaced before and this is the first time I've experience this level of poor Customer service. Not the greatest Safelite location.

Initially told service would be 2 hours, then got a text stating would take 3 hours so I decided to go home to wait. No call/text after 3 hours regarding vehicle. When I called, the AI system hung up on me twice. I went to location to figure out what was going on and was told my vehicle had been done for 2 hours. Won’t be using again

George was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He kept me informed and texted me when completed while I waited comfortably in side my home.

Had the windshield replaced and so many issues. 1 - they left strips of rubber and pieces glass along the floor and cup holders 2 - they took our oil chance sticker and gate sticker (both removable) and when asked about them at the store I got nothing. 3 - they broke and damaged the outside of my window and now it both lowers my value for resale and causes the sound of airflow When you try and call them to handle anything you get routed to an automated appointment line and can never reach a real human or person at the office to get any help. $1100 for this kind of work is what they charge the insurance.
