I usually get my regular pretzel n cheese every so often but even those have gotten smaller. I did call over the kitchen person to be sure they were making my sandwich w the correct bread considering we were the only ones waiting for food (it wasnt my order, so my baddd) but that should be no reason the kitchen attendant got a visible attitude w me and almost handed us the wrong order at first.. when they handed my friend their order, she was the only one they offered a free drink to for the misunderstanding. And when we finally got my food and left and I get home and this is a close up of my order.. a mostly filled already small serving of mac andd a blt w rotten tomatoes.. they literally have black spots and one is mushy. This feels intentional and having worked in food service for 4 goin on 5 years and my fav soft pretzel being from here.. very dissatisfied. Not appreciative of the attitude the worker in the kitchen had. This is your job🤷🏽♀️.

I constantly see people opening the bun containers and squeezing and touching them to check if there soft or not. Saw one guy today while waiting for a sandwich open an touch like 6 buns an put them back. So I’d avoid them at any qt location honestly. Good way to get sick.
