- JKJesse Kay6 days ago5.0I had a great experience with Interstate Auto! I had the AC system go out in my Mazda last week and this is my first time going to an independent auto shop. The reason I chose them was because of a recommendation from someone I trust who also uses Interstate for his vehicles. They took my car in on schedule, inspected it and had it fixed and ready to go before the end of the day. They communicated what work needed to be done and kept me informed on the ETA. They have a designated waiting area with snacks, coffee, water, entertainment and wifi. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for my auto repair needs. Thank you!

I came to Joe while dealing with a very difficult and frustrating situation involving another corporate-owned auto repair shop. Even though I had made **no commitment whatsoever** to bring my vehicle to Interstate Auto, Joe took an incredible amount of time to listen to what had happened, explain what I should reasonably expect from a professional repair facility, walk me through their process, answer all of my questions, and give me thoughtful advice on how to handle the situation. What impressed me most was that Joe had absolutely nothing to gain by spending that kind of time helping me. He was simply knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely wanted to help. He then went one step further and offered to have my vehicle **inspected at no charge**, giving me an independent professional assessment and some much-needed peace of mind. After dealing with a situation where I had lost a lot of trust in the auto repair industry, Joe and Interstate Auto showed me what **professionalism, integrity, transparency, and exceptional customer service** should look like. Joe Martin truly went above and beyond, with no expectation of anything in return. That kind of service is rare today, and it deserves to be recognized.
