  Drive in to have my oil changed, greeted by a very nice gentleman who provided me with pricing. Kept me informed as to what I may need may need at next service. And how much longer it will be before my vehicle is ready.

  Brought my car in to get an oil change and was in and out in less the 15 minutes. Quick service. I added something called Engine max and fuel jewels and was genuinely surprised by my gas mileage throughout the rest of the week. Definitely seemed worth it.the young men working in the shop were fast and courteous will come back.

  First I have to say, they have the most comfortable chairs in the waiting room! Secondly, which is really the most important, is this place is managed by Brendan a very wise former mechanic... He knew intricacies about my previous 2006 Acura MDX, as well as my current 2016 MDX, that's only the best mechanics in my history have known. This place is so convenient, next to the mecca fries shopping center on Rand road. We're so lucky to have this back in action as a place to change oil, but also get diagnostics on the current state of your car!!! They just recently opened in the last month or two, so take advantage of googling the $25 off coupon online!

  I came here for an oil change. They got me right in and let me know what kind of oil my car would take and the cost. The waiting room was air conditioned and had complimentary water and coffee. The workers weren’t overly pushy on adding services once I declined. The job was well done and quick!

  Worst oil change experience ever. I had a coupon for 50% off any oil change. Before the service, I asked about the price, and the employee told me that a full synthetic oil change would cost $95, which I understood included everything, including the oil filter. However, when it was time to pay, they applied the 50% discount only to the $95 oil change price and then charged me an additional $20 for the oil filter. I was never told beforehand that the oil filter would be an extra charge. The coupon felt very misleading, and the pricing was not transparent. The experience got even worse after I got home. As I normally do after every oil change, I checked the oil level with the dipstick and found that the engine was underfilled. I had to drive back to the shop, where they apologized and topped off the oil to the proper level. An oil change is one of the most basic maintenance services a shop performs. Between the confusing pricing and the fact that my engine was returned with a low oil level, the entire experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this shop.
