  Express oil change has earned my business for life! The environment and staff was very welcoming. Went in for an oil change and the technician doing the oil change noticed I needed suspension work done so he recommended a vehicle safety inspection on the other side with the two master technicians (was also only $25!! What a deal) and they found problems with my car that were safety concerns and fixed them in a timely fashion with a great price along with explaining every component and why it is needed. 10/10 will be coming back. Roman the technician that worked on my vehicle was very kind and handsome as well.

  Huge thank you to Anthony, Khalid, Arron, and Connor for the outstanding service! Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made my oil change quick and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find a team that provides this level of customer service. I truly appreciate all of your hard work and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience getting my oil change today. Anthony (Hood) and Khalid (Pit) went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and stress-free. If you’re coming here, I highly recommend requesting Anthony and Khalid, they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If I had cash on me, I honestly would have tipped them $100 each because that’s how much I appreciated their service. Thank you both for such an exceptional experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  I was happy with the service i received. Khalid and Anthony inspected my car and helped me complete an oil change in a timely manner. I appreciated how they treated both me and my vehicle with care. Its refreshing to find a place that's reliable and provides excellent customer service for a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

  UPDATE. District Mgr reached out after I emailed corp, he referred me to his Gilbert location and they took care of the alignment and wheels, he refunded my fee and said he would personally go to the Warner location and coach them. I’ve updated my rating for Express Oil as a general company, I can’t vouch for the Warner location specifically. Used to be great, don’t see the same people when they were good, maybe mechanics or ownership has changed. Recommend to stay away from Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers on Warner and Kyrene. I recently took my vehicle in for ridiculously expensive alignment on my 1999 Expedition, $200, mainly to just get the steering wheel alignment straight after I replaced the pitman arm. The entire steering system has been upgraded with new parts, not modified in any way. Got the car back with steering now off center in other direction and marks all over my wheels and no warranty because they said the steering system was modified, complete fiction. Then they wanted spray brake cleaner to remove the marks on the wheels, which anyone with even basic automotive knowledge knows will ruin the finish. Also, they tried to convince me that the steering play is a Ford thing, a ridiculous inference, they clearly think I don't know anything about cars. Please stay away from Express Oil on Warner and Kyrene, they don't have qualified technicians other than maybe for oil changes, even then I'd be hesitant, based on my conversation with the person in charge. Now I have to take my truck to a real garage to have the alignment fix and pay all over again.
