  I go to the Warner and Priest location. Today I had the good fortune to have Taz as my lead tech. It was the best experiences I’ve had with Express Oil (over probably 15-20 visits) to date. He was highly professional and extremely helpful. Taz listened to my auto concerns and fielded all of my questions. The customer service provided was A+ on all fronts. I recommend this branch and strongly endorse Taz. Well done. ⭐️

  Had a great experience here! Khalid was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Definitely appreciate the great service and would 100% recommend Khalid!

  Dogshit. Waited for an hour behind another car. The other two bays had turned over with cars that came after me. No communication as to why I was sitting there.

  I called to cancel an oil change appointment cause I learned that it had nothing to do with my CEL. When I was cancelling the appointment, I asked the man if they could put 2 parts that I was about to buy from AutoZone into my car and he said "yeah. We have a service side as well". I asked if they could do it today (its about 320pm and they close at 6pm), and he said "yeah". I let him know the 2 parts that I was bringing and my car so he could give them a heads up. I got there and they took about 20 mins to get me an estimate. The front desk guy cane into the lobby about 3 times saying he will get me an estimate, had me answer questions, and collected my keys. Front desk guy comes back with his manager just to say, and im paraphrasing, "we dont put customer parts into cars cause of warranties and blah blah blah. We can get you an estimate for our parts and labor, blah blah" I just said okay, okay, okay-- bye and left with my parts. Such a waste of time to go there and then sot around for 20 minutes just to be sent home-- when they know your car has a CEL on!!!! It's actually very unprofessional for a mechanic to have you drive to them just to send you home, when it is entirely their fault!!!! They act like I just junkyarded the parts. They were fresh from AutoZone. I know they just wanted to charge me triple that I paid for the parts and charge me for a CEL diagnostic. Such shady and BA business. DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PARTS OR EXPECT PEOPLE THEIR TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THEIR OWN OPERATIONS.
