  Grayson and Calvin were so terrific and kind!! They both took great care of my best friend and I on our girls trip by, and hooked us up with a perfect SUV for our Sedona road trip!! Thank you for your excellent customer service- highly recommend this location, we were so happy!

  Would not recommend this location they discriminate based off of “customer preference” managers are extremely rude and disrespectful and staff at enterprise as well as their business office speak to you in demeaning and condescending manner. Would give zero stars if it were an option. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle with good customer service I would not choose this location.

  I had to recently rent a car and im glad I rented from Enterprise. I needed a car to drive to a small town in northern Mexico and they were the way to go. I called others before them and no one rented cars to go south of the border and Enterprise does..with a special insurance, I had to purchase, very reasonable rates on rentals & insurance. The fellow working there was very well informed and friendly. I dont remember his name but he was a pretty young guy with glasses and dreadlocks. Returning the car was a breeze too. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future if I ever need to head south again. Thank you Enterprise rent a car on Priest in Tempe for the standup service..

  The manager cow was very rude and very unsensitive didn’t have any compassion. I’ve been going to this enterprise for 3 to 4 years now before he worked there was a manager if you pay and you wanted to get another Rent-A-Car, you should be able to, but the manager kept charging my card and was very rude. I don’t recommend coming to this enterprise, especially if you are. Dealing with Kyle The manager, he is not good at his customer service. They need to work on training their managers and communication communications between employees and the people that are renting out their cars because I talked to multiple people multiple times. They never had an issue soon as c Kyle gets involved cause he’s the manager. It’s a no go. He’s very rude. Enterprise train your managers and employees better on better communication services, wise customer service and how are you charging people cards?
