  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars for customer service. However, the car had over 30,000 miles on it and only 1/2 a tank of gas on pick-up, and some features (i.e., the collision-avoidance system and rear camera) would fail when temperatures were over 105°. The processing of my after-hours drop-off took longer than expected.

  The branch manager Grayson is extremely kind and professional, excellent at multitasking. It’s a very busy Monday morning and the way everyone working at this branch has been interacting with all the customers coming in and out has been superb. Wonderful and patient employees all around! Give them all a raise!

  My name is Cary Morris When my daughters car went into the shop for a check engine light, that made my family immediately have to play musical cars, and after having to deal with another car rental company because we were press for time and cost us much more money than we were expecting. So after a week we just couldn't afford their car for another week. So when my wife remembered that she past a Enterprise close by she said let's stop by and see if you guys could help and be more reasonable. You guys totally blew my mind with your service and respect just your operation. Your representative Drew who took care of us was amazing 100% in a car and on our way, had to be record time. Thanks Drew Best of all no more musical cars

  Document everything because their corporate office will try to scam you indiscriminately. REPEAT: Enterprise will try to scam you. The onsite manager pointed out a chip in the windshield of the truck I rented, we both took pictures but apparently he marked the wrong box on the check out form and next thing I know their corporate department is hitting me up for the cost of a full windshield replacement. I am now having to waste my own time working through their support department to dispute the claim. Enterprise corporate is a joke and the business as a whole is pathetic. No disrespect to the onsite team, seems unfair that they get stuck in the middle of generic corporate greed.

  I have never had any issues going with Enterprise and this location was nothing short of excellent when it comes to the people working here. Grayson H. helped check me in quickly despite having many people waiting for a car and was super professional and courteous with me. I was quickly checked in, and Mason went over my options in the lot and helped me get into a car that was both comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. All in all, I was in and out in under 30 minutes and the process was smooth and painless. The car I recieved was clean, and most importantly, it was a car I was familiar with and had no issues navigating. Returning it was just as painless. As soon as I pulled in Mason was already by my car ready to help me check-out. I ABSOLUTELY recommend you come to this location if you are getting work done on one of the several local body shops and want a quick and easy "Rent-A-Car" experience! Thanks again Grayson and Mason!!!
