Already spoke to corporate and they agreed that the information i had available was good enough. So had to take my business to another enterprise. I'll never do business at this location. I'll also advise others to not do business at this location.

We were fortunate that Enterprise had a good price on a minivan for a couple of days to tide us over. When our car was fixed near the end of the business day, Ana and Enterprise coordinated between their Tempe and Mesa offices to make a timely dropoff possible so we could resume our trip. Great stuff!
