  have been a PLATINUM MEMBER with Enterprise for nearly 10 YEARS, and throughout that time I have consistently received OUTSTANDING, FIVE-STAR SERVICE. There were periods when I rented one or even two vehicles for an entire month at a time, which is why my experience today at the Tempe location was so shocking and disappointing. I made a reservation using my reward points and arrived expecting the same high level of customer service that has kept me loyal to Enterprise for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked through the door, manager ANNA ROZA displayed a negative, confrontational, and unprofessional attitude. I explained that I was from out of town and only in the area for the day. Despite providing valid identification and offering a recent bank statement showing my current address, ANNA ROZA refused to work with me and appeared determined to create obstacles rather than assist a long-time loyal customer. Every solution I offered seemed to frustrate her further. Instead of looking for ways to help, she seemed focused on finding reasons to delay or deny the transaction. The entire interaction felt HOSTILE, UNWELCOMING, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an extremely important appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM, and because of the unnecessary delays and negative treatment I received, I was forced to leave the branch, cancel my reservation, and find another Enterprise location. As a direct result, I missed my appointment and had to reschedule it, requiring me to remain in town for TWO ADDITIONAL DAYS, causing significant inconvenience and expense. Thankfully, I went to the Enterprise location on McClintock in Tempe, and the difference was night and day. The staff there were PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. The entire rental process was completed in less than 10 MINUTES, and they treated me with the respect and professionalism I have come to expect from Enterprise. I sincerely hope someone from ENTERPRISE CORPORATE reviews this feedback. The behavior I experienced from ANNA ROZA does not reflect the values or customer service standards that have kept me an Enterprise customer for nearly a decade. I left that location feeling frustrated, disappointed, and frankly disgusted by how I was treated.

  I had a reservation for 5:30pm, but when I arrived the manager, Ana, already had her Toyota Camry parked out front and was walking out of the door. As I walked in, she said “sorry guys, I close at 5:30.” Why would they let me make a reservation for 5:30 if they know they close at 5:30. To make matters worse, as I had just been dropped off by an uber, I was waiting on an uber to pick me up. She was rushing me out of the gate and said I could wait at chicfila because she had something to do and needed to close the gate. I’ve never had an experience like this at enterprise and it was quite disappointing to be treated this way as I have a road trip in the morning.
