  I don’t usually write reviews, but Grant at Enterprise truly deserves the recognition. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and made me feel like a valued VIP customer. His level of customer service is top tier, and it’s honestly rare to see someone so young with such a genuine passion for helping people. I had to extend my rental several times, and Grant never once hesitated to help. He even took the time to call me back to make sure everything was taken care of and to see if I needed anything else. That kind of follow up and attention to detail speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers. Grant is approachable, an excellent active listener, and he took the time to understand exactly what I needed without hesitation. He made the entire rental process smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to rent a car, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. Outstanding customer service like Grant’s is hard to find these days, and he’s a true asset to the company. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  This was my first experience with Enterprise so I had no idea what to expect. I usually use Alamo or Budget and nearly always have had a good experience with them. I’m not sure what happened on this rental, whether the protocols were missed or I got unlucky, but I had multiple issues with the car I received from Enterprise, the fuel was down to 1/3, which I’m not used to, who wants to have to fill up a car multiple times? There were other issues, including Enterprise's corporate chat and phone customer service which were partly helpful for exchanging a vehicle, but not for anything else. Those corporate customer support lines seem to have a goal of getting you off the phone as quickly as possible- their constant reply was "only the branch can decide that". Very frustrating. Despite all of this, I want to specifically recognize and give a shout out to Assistant Manager Grant of the Tempe branch. What could have ended up a disastrous 1-star experience turned into a good resolution and ending for me- primarily from the help I got from Grant, who listened to everything that happened and quickly addressed it without any issue. To my surprise, everything worked out, even better than I expected so very happy in the end.

  Pickup was quick, easy and service was excellent. Vehicle was clean and ready even though we came early.

  I was greeted by Ana as soon as I walked through the door. Ana was very friendly and efficient. No wait time. Overall experience was great!
