My car was pretty smashed in and I even banged my head during the accident and had absolutely zero patience left to deal with logistics. Spenser at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and made the whole rental process so easy. He walked me through everything, answered my questions, and just had such a calm and friendly attitude that made a big difference in the moment. Also a shoutout to my insurance State Farm for making the insurance side of things smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how quickly everything came together. And as a small silver lining to a rough day, I ended up with a nice white Range Rover rental, which I’ve never driven before! Thank you Spenser for being so kind and making a stressful situation a lot easier. It really meant a lot today!
