I have been an Enterprise customer for over a year and always rent from the Broadway location with zero issues. I’ve left several 5-star reviews because of their amazing service. But because it was Labor Day weekend, Broadway was out of cars, so I had to use the Tempe branch. I have honestly never felt so dismissed, confused, and disrespected by a rental company. When I called to ask why money kept being repeatedly pulled out of my security deposit instead of being charged directly to my bank account, nobody would give me a straight answer. My daily rates were wildly fluctuating, one day it was $80, and the next day it was $30 and I was just confused trying to understand my bill. Instead of explaining it, staff kept dodging accountability, telling me, "I didn't touch your account, someone else did, just talk to the branch manager when you get here." I also explicitly asked if my Family & Friends discount applied to my extension days (since my brother works for Enterprise and set up the original reservation), but that question was completely ignored. When I went in person, I was brushed off again. I just paid a bill I didn't understand simply to avoid getting into an argument. The worst part was the drop-off. They asked if I needed a ride home, and I said yes because I live 7 minutes away, I was told me to sit and wait because the driver was using the restroom or was on break (I can’t remember what he was doing) I sat there waiting for over 15 minutes. Then, a couple walked in long after me. Hayden closed out their bill and asked them if they needed a ride home, and they said yes and called the driver right over to take them leaving me sitting there like I was completely invisible. Nobody cared that I was waiting first, so I ordered a Uber. I left that branch feeling so brushed off. Enterprise as a brand is great, but the Tempe staff treated me like an absolute inconvenience.

Needed a rental for just a short few days. The team made it an easy process, no issues with the car, and decent prices! Will definitely use them again:)
