  I would say this shop is amazing i drive a Toyota and despite my car model as they work only with Mercedes cars, the owner and the employees are very helpful and help me identify my car’s issue. Small kind act like this is what we need in life. I wish you the best in life and thank you so much for your kindness act

  I'm glad I came across this shop to have my car serviced for a great price. Nicole was very professional and got my car in right away. The mechanic Pierce was very knowledgeable and attentive to detail.

  When I bought my Mercedes I know there would be added costs for maintenance. I found Cupertino Mercedes service and they have allowed me to be at peace with my car due to the knowledge, experience and great people that run the company. Also, if I had questions, I can stop by and ask them which is really convenient. Thanks Joseph Robinson

  Had my Mercedes serviced. Pierson did a great job! Runs very smooth and quiet! Nicole and Pierson did a good job explaining what needs to be done. I definitely will go back for my next service!

  I had an EXCELLENT experience with the Cupertino Mercedes auto repair shop in Tempe AZ, truly above expectations! The shop is run by Pierson and Nicole, and it shows in the level of care and attention you receive. Pierson is the one who handles the work, and he is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and confident in what he does. It’s clear he has strong expertise, and he approaches every issue with precision and honesty. Nicole, his wife, is equally amazing, she communicates clearly, keeps you informed every step of the way, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. What I appreciated most is their honesty, they are straightforward about the issue and don’t try to avoid or guess around problems like some dealerships do. You can tell they truly know their work and take pride in doing it right, while also making clients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. The level of care they show goes beyond just the technical side, they treat you with respect on a human level, which makes a big difference. Their work is precise, their communication is clear, and the overall experience felt trustworthy and professional! I highly recommend this place!
