  Absolutely terrible time at brakes plus I come in for just brakes and then the tell me all my routers are bad when I just got them replaced last time plus the strip two of my lug nuts and want me to pay for it just all around terrible if you need to go to a brakes plus don’t go to this one they are horrible!!!

  I booked the appointment through the website which also included a coupon. After the service was completed and I went to go pay for my service upon completion, the associate gave me the full cost of the service amount to pay. When asked directly was the coupon applied to the amount he just quoted. He looked me in my face and lied and said yes the coupon had been applied. When I expressed I had seen what the cost of the service, what it would have been with the coupon applied, he then got upset and said fine, not a problem, I'll take off 15 bucks. Please be aware of this particular store because some of the employees are not honest and if you are not sure of what the cost should be with the applied coupon, you could still be paying full cost. This is extremely sketch and I have never experienced this before at any other location.

  I went in today later in the afternoon to have my car inspected before taking it on a trip. After taking a look, Anthony and the crew was able to fully triage my car quickly, and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be fixed or updated. Originally, they were going to keep my car overnight to try and repair my car but to my suprise they were able to wrap things up before closing time! Big thanks to Anthony and the crew! Fast, and Friendly!

  Did a prepurchase inspection for my vehicle and I love their customer service and they gave me a complete list of repairs needed and cost. They explained everything in great detail. 10/10 service

  I just visited Brakes Plus of McClintock and Tempe and they over 3 hours to do an oil change on my car. I’m addition, they charged me higher than the coupon said. I asked why I was being charged over $40, and was told “tax”. I then looked at the receipt and that is not the case. I did reach out to customer service because I am wanting a partial refund for false advertising and for lying to a customer.
