  I have never been one to stay consistent with taking my vehicle to the same place; however, I have made this location my go-to for my oil changes. The staff has always been friendly and great at explaining any issues they find during their inspections. I drop my vehicle off and usually within the hour they call me that it's ready for pick up!

  Come see tryston or tanner. Great customer service and amazing prices. Best shop I’ve ever been too. Come see them with any issue you have they will take care of you 100%

  My experience was terrible brought my car in for an oil change and oil was not filled up all the way, so I had to bring it back and have them fix it and they still refused to give me a refund upon request, will not be coming back

  I am back at Brakes Plus again. Driving the mileage I do, I've become pretty familiar with maintenance requirements. 📌 … and Brakes Plus knows I drive a lot of miles. The calculator proved it. I'll wait to tell my dad exactly how many miles I've put on my vehicle lately. First, I'll make sure he's taking a big gulp of water, then I'll turn my camera on and then tell him. Watching his reaction will be priceless. I love my dad.❤️ Of the many lessons he taught me, one has always stuck with me: stay loyal to businesses that go above and beyond. That's exactly why I've been coming to Brakes Plus for more than 10 years. Yes, they provide great service. But it's more than that. It's the camaraderie, humor, and honesty. And after all these years, they speak "Dee." They see the odometer…. But as I sit here waiting today, I realized something. This isn't just how they treat me. I'm watching them interact with other customers, and it's the same thing over and over again. Respect - Patience - Honesty That's when you realize it isn't customer service. It's culture. Every visit feels less like a transaction and more like a conversation with people who genuinely care. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, what doesn't, and why.
