  I went in for an oil change, which took nearly two hours to begin with. Then was presented with a list of repairs that needed to be done after the inspection which included a leaking rear differential, brake pads at 3mm, and leaking shocks. The total for the recommended repairs came out to nearly $3,000. I drove home to check these problems for myself. Not only was my rear differential not leaking at all, but my brake pads were well over 3mm. My car was also making a screaching sound coming from my back left rotor. Upon inspection the dust shield had be bent into the rotor to cause the sound which I can only assume was intentional to make me think the brakes needed to be fixed. It is extremely hard to believe this wasn't bent intentionally as it was fine before hand. During the conversation after the oil change they were trying to make it sound like i needed to send the car in immediately for an axle rebuild, which doesn't even make sense given the problem mentioned was a leaking diff. A quick 30 minute inspection of the issues they said were dire resulted in me saving nearly $3,000 to a scam. Functioning cars ensure peoples livelihood ands scamming people for thousands using that against them is beyond morally reprehensible. I will never again go here. I cannot overstate how insane this scam is. I was made to wait in the lobby for over two and half hours for what should have been a simple oil change and then they tried to scam me. Scams like this can ruin people's lives. The only reason I didn't is because I am able to run diagnostics and check for myself. Not everyone has that ability and they will prey on that. TLDR: Learn to change your own oil, don't be lazy like I was and fall victim to a scam. They literally bent my dust shield to make my car make scraping sounds after I said I didn't want them to replace my brake pads. I am not someone who stereotypically looks like I would know much about cars so idk if that's why they tried this but thankfully I work on my own car. They asked for $3000 for problems that didn't exist.

  Went in to get an oil change and a few other minor issues looked at. Technicians found a couple more problems during their 20-point inspection that they offer. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained in detail every issue they found. Did an excellent job, much appreciated!

  With moving here from a different state going into this Brakes Plus has really been a godsend. Danny is extremely helpful in my vehicle's maintenance
