  Great group of guys that do genuine , reliable work. Danny, Dallan, and the crew mean well and will try to work with you. Really 5 stars (but prices could be slightly better).

  We brought our car in for an alignment and ended up needing more work done due to a recent accident. Dallon was amazing to work with- his customer service skills should be applauded! He showed patience with a couple who was already frustrated about the situation and he was thorough in going over services/items noted by the team taking a look at the car. We even had to reschedule at one point, but this location made the whole process easy. Thank you!

  Inept customer service. I called ahead for an oil change and was told they had availability, so I came in expecting to be seen within a reasonable time. After sitting there for over an hour, I found out they had not even started working on my car. The worst part was that nobody bothered to let me know or give me an update. When I simply asked the manager how much longer it would be, instead of apologizing or giving me an estimate, he immediately became argumentative and defensive. I was not asking for special treatment, I just wanted to know why I had been waiting so long. At that point, I canceled the service. To top it all off, when they brought my car back, the mechanic tried to leave it parked without setting the parking brake. It is a basic safety step that should never be overlooked. Overall, the entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. If you value good customer service, clear communication, and basic professionalism, I would recommend taking your business somewhere else.

  Danny is awesome and always has amazing customer service. Both times I have taken my car in, I have been in and out super fast. Will definitely come back again.

  Danny was very helpful. I like the care that he executed with a client in the store after he explained my ordeal. He showed the issues and explained them in detail. I TRULY appreciate his hospitality. It could have been bad for me if I drove it like this like it was. Car repair shops get a bad wrap. The store is refreshing. Signed: Ex Car Salesman
