When the temperature warms up the oil in your vehicle thins, which can strain your engine if too thin. When shopping oil for warmer months, use thicker oil. It is recommended to change your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.
Windshield Wiper Blades should be replaced every six months to a year. A fresh set of wiper blades are important for spring months. Cool conditions can make dirt, pollen, and water more stubborn to wipe away, increasing the wear and tear on your wipers.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Management Needs Immediate Improvement
I came into the AutoZone on Priest & Elliot expecting a better experience than the location on 24th Street and McDowell. Unfortunately, this store somehow managed to provide even worse customer service, and the most disappointing part is that it came directly from the manager.
I approached the counter needing fluids for my vehicle and was already standing face-to-face with the manager ready to make my purchase. Instead of helping me, he immediately told me to use the self-checkout. If I’m already at the counter speaking with an employee, especially a manager, why am I being redirected to a machine?
I then explained that I’m a veteran and needed to apply my discount. The self-checkout doesn’t provide an option for that. Rather than offering assistance professionally, the manager let out an annoyed grunt and reluctantly walked over. At that point, I discovered the self-checkout also doesn’t accept cash, which was the only form of payment I had. When I explained that, his response was, “Well, we don’t carry a lot of cash back, especially on Sundays. We’re limited.”
That response was completely unacceptable. As a manager, you are supposed to solve problems, not create them. The entire interaction felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by shopping in his store. The attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disinterest in helping a paying customer was obvious from start to finish.
To make matters worse, after directing me to the self-checkout and offering little to no assistance, he immediately went back to looking at his phone. It’s frustrating to walk into a business where employees appear more interested in their phones than the customers standing in front of them.
This is now the second AutoZone in two days where I’ve experienced poor customer service, but this experience was by far the most disappointing because it came from the person who is supposed to set the standard for the entire store. Managers should lead by example, not demonstrate indifference, laziness, and poor customer care.
AutoZone corporate seriously needs to evaluate the leadership at this location. Customers should not feel like a burden when they’re spending their hard-earned money. If this is the level of service being provided by management, it’s no surprise the rest of the store follows the same example.
I will be taking my business elsewhere and would strongly encourage AutoZone leadership to address these issues before more customers decide to do the same.
