DO NOT COME HERE. I needed my battery replaced, mind you it was under warranty, the guy lied stating it was my alternator saying I needed to spend $300+ for a new one and refused to replace my battery. I went to a different location to get a second opinion (baseline highly recommend) and they indeed confirmed it was my battery and NOT my alternator. The other location changed it with no hesitation. If you’re not willing to help someone in need and are too lazy to do a job then you shouldn’t be working at Autozone. It’s not right to take lie and take advantage of people who aren’t as knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles just because you don't want to do the work. Do not recommend.

Is something wrong w management where not even one person can be semi decent w customer service. 2 times in store in last 24hr, and the 4 interactions I had with every employee seems like they are in a rush to do something else other than help. Is a secondary task being done even though everyone is sitting around and talking. Is the task of showing where an item is or doing badic cashier tasks not part of the general job description. Its an incredibly unfriendly environment, and to engage w the peoole working there in an overly "yes sir" and jubilant/happy attitude only seemed to make them less apt to even really be anything but ruder. Seems like a top down problem, as whomever shop manager or whatever their role is, wasnt much cooler today. And calling about refund being shown as a purchase, they act like they didnt just engage w me ten mins ago. I guess customer service is not part of the gig, working there. Really frustrating to be amiable and desiring of normal interaction of business and consumer, and the ONE JOB to do, cant be done. Gjob auto zone?

Called to leave Kyle a late review. He was the shizz. He changed my battery and we bs the whole time. Dudes cool as hell. Whoever hired him you won’t regret it. Took him 3 times to find the right size socket but hey that’s car engineering for you. Make sure he sees this. We’re megadeth fans
