- CFChris Forman1 day ago1.0I’ve been using valvoline instant oil changes for years, This location is terrible. Waited in line for 20 minutes, got moved to a different bay to let the person who was waiting longer than me in, understandable. Then after another 15 minutes the person after me, who just pulled up in line was brought into the bay before me. Unacceptable. This location broke a skid plate bolt on my girlfriend’s Tacoma the previous time I was there (my first visit), I should have learned my lesson. Never again, valvoline you lost a loyal customer.
- SHStaci Hall3 days ago5.0Raife and Kyle were great. I had a separate tech that updated my service indicator, discussed my options, offer to replace my air filter. Which I did after he showed me mine vs new. Raife checked me out and walked me through the prompts, thank me for being a return customer. Kyle worked on getting me out safely and showed me the new oil level and to the tech in the unground…thank you doing this in the insane heat. Y’all are why I keep coming back!
