  Taleaya was great! Very polite and knowledgeable. Took care of us in a timely manner, and made sure everyone else was also getting taken care of. The bays are clean, and the techs work hard. Very convenient!

  Avoid Valvoline at all costs. Their negligence and complete incompetence ended up cracking a piston in my truck after they overfilled my oil during service. This wasn’t a minor mistake — it was a careless and unacceptable error that caused catastrophic engine damage. After speaking with multiple mechanics, I discovered at least three other people currently dealing with similar issues after visiting this same shop. What makes this even worse is that instead of taking responsibility, they’re denying any fault. The manager claimed he conducted an “internal investigation” and concluded that they did “everything right.” Meanwhile, my truck didn’t even make it 10 miles down the road before it started smoking and misfiring because of the overfill, leaving me stuck with nearly $10,000 in damages. I requested a copy of there investigation and was denied, saying that the information is ”redacted”. It’s an oil change on MY TRUCK, not some secret service operation. Their entire business is built around performing basic oil changes, and they still managed to mess that up. That level of incompetence is beyond pathetic. They should not be trusted with anyone’s vehicle. Save yourself the stress, financial burden, and frustration — take your car somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing, or just do your own oil changes.

  I’m done with Valvoline, what a rip off! I drive in to get a basic oil change and they inform me they are out of standard oil, my only choice is synthetic blend or synthetic at a much higher cost. It’s their fault they don’t have standard oil in stock not the customers. Then when I get ready to pay they tell me the cost is higher than quoted because my car requires 5 1/2 quarts, not 5. Of course they didn’t mention this until they were done. In addition I had to ask them to reset oil engine light and to check my turn signals, geez where’s the customer service? I would have driven away, but was taking a trip next day and felt stuck.

  I’ve been going to this Valvoline for years now, and I always get quick and excellent work done for my oil changes! I never feel like they are trying to screw me over or scam me when they recommend other services like air filter replacements, belt/hose replacements, etc; unlike Jiffy Lube.

  Survey Comment: This was my second time at this Valvoline location. I had my engine, front axel, rear axel, and transfer case oil changed, plus tires rotated. The techs were very informative, friendly and not pushy on selling services my vehicle needed.
