  I came in on my early day off to get an oil change on a vehicle that was definitely overdue for an oil change. Aaron, James, and Luis all gave me EXCEPTIONAL service and I wasn't pressured into purchasing any additional unnecessary services at all. I understand that employees are always coerced into upselling, but these 3 fine employees made me feel right at home. I will definitely coming back!

  Came in for an oil change during the week in the morning, the service was quick & the staff was so friendly & professional! Will definitely be coming again for future car care.

  I wasn't able to have my oil change after crew started to empt oil and discovered they do not have my filter in stock! After spending 1/2 hrs giving all my information as the Mgr Cory stated he couldn't find me in their system???!!! Went to another Valvoline, and Ms Tee stated Cory didn't save my wasted 1/2 hour for NOTHING! Wasn't happy, but for my troubles I was comped the oil change! I had to drive out of my way to another location which was a big inconvenience, something

  If you like the idea of getting your oil changed without having to get out of the car, this is a great option. Simply pull up, no appointment necessary, and let their team do all of the work. My oil change took approximately 15-20 minutes and I was able to go on about my day. The tech/manager, Tee, was very helpful and friendly. She encouraged me to complete different services that were due for my car and understood when I said that I needed to schedule and budget for them in the future. She was great and I will be back to complete those services at her recommendation. The only negative I will report is that their pricing on replacement items is a lot higher than if you just did it yourself. Case in point, they wanted to charge me almost $90 to replace my 3 wiper blades (2 front, 1 rear). I declined and then went to O'Reilly's and got all 3 for $40. Just had to install them myself which took 2 minutes.

  I decided to change my own oil this time around and realized they messed up on my previous service. When I pulled the filter off my truck, I found they had installed a Valvoline VO-88 (oil filter). The factory-specified and correct size for my twin-turbo engine is a much larger filter (like the Motorcraft FL-500S or Wix 57502). The VO-88 is an undersized, multi-fit filter primarily meant for GM vehicles that they use as a bulk shortcut. While it spins on without leaking, it gives you significantly less filtration surface area and capacity, which is the last thing you want on a demanding turbo engine. Check your filters closely if you go here, or just handle the maintenance yourself. I won't be returning.
