Keith Davis is by far the best service writer I have ever dealt with. Intelligent, straightforward, honest, transparent and pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable, especially when dealing with Extended Warranty companies. I've never had an unpleasant experience. 2. Smart techs. They've got 'em. 3. This is THE BEST place in Surprise to have your vehicle serviced. I've had multiple vehicles serviced from simple routine maintenance to major repairs. 3. A clean loaner vehicle is generally available for longer service appointments.

Mike explained everything to me that I asked to be serviced and my vehicle was done by the time I was told it would be (at a very reasonable price) and as an added bonus…. they used their shuttle and Brandon took me to work! After this first experience I will be back for both my vehicles to be taken care of! Highly recommend Thunderbird Automotive of Surprise A+++ Repair Shop.
