  Great experience with Safelite on N. Dysart Rd! I needed a windshield replaced and quick! They responded and got it done within an hour. Mike the technician was thorough and explained everything completely. I can’t say enough good things about them!

  Excellent experience with Safelite in Surprise! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The service was fast, reliable, and professional, and I really appreciated the manager personally following up afterward to make sure everything went well. It’s refreshing to see a company that not only provides great service but also takes the time to make sure its customers are completely satisfied. Highly recommend Safelite in Surprise for windshield replacement!

  Brendon, at our local Safelite, did an amazing job! We were extremely pleased that the service was much faster then projected. It took half the time we were originally told to expect. Our family has always had a positive experience with Safelite, our glass coverage is relied upon because of the efficiency that Safelite provides. Thank you for having such excellent customer service. We will continue to be loyal customers.

  I did all the work to make this claim work. They still didn't have it correct day of service said I would have to pay up ton$650 deductible (depending on service) I had already given them the claim number. 4 emails after the claim number was submitted stating they couldn't reach me....funny I'd just gotten off the phone an hour before with the claim # ...this company wants You to pay them and then get You to do the work to get reimbursed from your insurance company. They put in NO effort and get paid the highest amount!!! If your insurance pays out say 350 you are stuck with the rest of your money already "Safe in the arms of Safelight". They are tricky! Beware see if your insurance only pays 350 for a claim. They can't get more they accept what the insurance company pays it's an agreement they have to use insurance. But....if they get you to pay $650 They get to keep the extra 300 and you have NO RECOURSE. SO make sure you REFUSE to pay anything day of service and magically the insurance will verify the claim. I admire the hustle. Just won't be a victim of it! IN RESPONSE TO THE VENDOR RESPONSE: I have NO problem with the deductible *which I do not have* what I am saying is y'all don't take care of the insurance filing as you CLAIM. Then you send out emails that are untrue. I did answer my phone NO one called me 3 times to get information -- NOT TRUE. When I got the calls I answered and dealt with the claim information that you said you were unable to get "it takes a long time and may need to reschedule if you don't call them and get the info to us." It was absolute lies! YOU simply LIED! The thing is its a good scam if you can pull it off. Just didn't work on me!
