  I had my brakes changed here. Came within a span of 4months 4 times afterwards because they could not get rid of the squeaking. Claiming it's dust but never resolved the problem even after changing the brakes again. I came to the Peoria location said they'd take care of it, I would just need to come in the next day. Told them I'd be in at 8am, show up and I'm told parts won't be in till 9:30am. I said ok no problem. Come back at 10am waited till 11am to ask, and they said they just received the parts? Why no updates? A simple call? I would strongly advise against getting your brakes changed here. I feel like what I was charged for the service isnt it worth it. I'm here still at 12pm and no one has updated me. I worked with Hollis yesterday, unfortunately he's not here today. The mechanic was very demeaning maybe because I'm a female. When I asked for an update he told me to give them time because rear brakes take longer. At this point I already know this considering how many times I've had to come to try to get it fixed. Also they respond when you leave a bad review to go in their website, and it's a dead end. Oil changed here is about the best thing here, but change the heavy work for the experts. Spare yourself the waste of time. Update: and the surprise location just responded with a spam response below with the link that leads no where! at least the owner from the Peoria location responded himself and reached out to me and some of the team members apologize if you ABSOLUTELY HAVE to go to express oil I would recommend going to the Peoria location.

  What amazing service they offer! You dont even have to leave your vehicle. They bring you cold water and even brought this box out with treats in it for your child to choose from! Prices are fair. 6 stars if I could give it!

  Avoid just simply because of the lack of ability. Did an oil change on my 2005 Tahoe and didn't tighten down the drain or the oil filter causing an oil leak. Took truck into mechanic shop thinking oil leak was big problem and they quickly pointed out that filter wasn't tightened and oil drain plug wasn't tightened either. I guess I should have expected it

  Chris was such a great person and went abouve and beyond to give us a great experience! Great customer service, our overall experience was amazing quick in and out. We were offered cold water and were given a small toy for our daughters while we waited. Will definitely be coming back, thank you Chris !

He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. The whole process was quick and smooth, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the customer experience. Highly recommend!
