  I rented a car here for a couple weeks and the customer service from the guys that work here was phenomenal! Rich helped me with pickup up and returning the rental car and I was blown away at how helpful and personable he was. He had such a positive attitude and it made my experience so much better! If I ever need to rent a car again, I will definitely come here.

  Rich & Nate from the Germain Honda in the Surprise location were very helpful through the whole proces. Very personable & professional. Will definitely go back if the need arises.

  Enterprise stiffed me 80 bucks on a ride share to take a client to get another rental car as the one they rented broke down outside of Phoenix. Have tried multiple times to get them to reconcile.
