  Decided to wash my truck at this location, Jordan along with Jacob both helped with checking me in. I did super protect and cleaned out the interior. Thank you as my truck both look and smell clean. Will return for the amazing and quick service.

  I’m writing this review on behalf of my godfather, William, because of the terrible experience he had at Dash Car Wash. On Tuesday, August 4, William went in intending to purchase just a single car wash. An employee offered him a membership for **$23 per month**, so he agreed. However, the employee never explained that the $23 price was only for the first month and that the membership would then increase to **$36.99 per month**. If that had been clearly explained to him, he would not have signed up. When William returned today to address the issue, the same employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. William told him that he had not been honest about the price change and even asked him to review the security camera footage because he was confident the price increase was never explained. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or listen to his concerns, the employee simply told him to leave. I’m extremely disappointed with how my godfather was treated. This isn’t just about the money—it’s about **honesty, transparency, and customer service**. Customers should be clearly informed of the full terms and future price of a membership before being signed up, and they certainly shouldn’t be treated disrespectfully when they question a charge.

  This Car Wash is Amazing, great wash quality, customer service is impeccable and my man Jordan answered all my needy questions with patience and understanding my weird self. Towels are always stocked and with some moisture to them. Vacuums work well too. Will highly recommend to all friends, family and neighbors.
