  I would like to thank everybody at Chinese collision center for repairing my truck to pristine condition again it's amazing the quality of work that you guys have done. So once again I would just like to thank everybody that was involved in repairing my truck from the front desk to the guys in the back and to chip that took care of me and kept me informed in the progress of my vehicle greatly appreciated to everyone involved thank you so much sincerely Robert Samson

  The staff at Chaneys were very professional and took care of restoring my cars original condition in only a few days. They were very helpful in assisting me home and back which made the experience even better. Chip is very knowledgeable with many years in his field. So happy to have my car looking as good as new!!

  Like New ! Each time I take my cars to Chaney's Collison Center , the job is done professionally, detailed explanation, clear understanding, 1st class customer service, no hassle and most importantly the work is perfect and guaranteed. I always recommend Chaney's. They do amazing work. You cant notice any work done because of how great the work is done. Thank you Chaney's !

  Based on Reviews - I recently contacted Chaney’s to repair my truck - Chaney’s name has been around for a long time and was reputable and reliable back in the day - The shop and name were sold and based on my personal experience, nowhere close to the shop they were… From my first contact with them , they were unresponsive , did not communicate well and came off as uninterested . The staff were very hard to get a hold off and did not return calls in a timely manner. The shop manager, Alfonso was never available and did not return calls. The day I decided to stop by due to phone tag and being blown off - the staff were huddled around a bag of burrito’s … I never had them work on my truck , so can’t speak on the work they do - but the front end customer service was not very professional and the communication and follow up was non existent-

  Chaney's Collision Center – Outstanding Customer Service and Quality Repair I recently had a small area of damage on my car that needed repair. After obtaining three estimates from different collision centers, I chose Chaney's Collision Center—and I'm very glad I did. My positive experience began the moment I walked through the front door. A friendly receptionist immediately greeted me with, "Hi, come on in." Moments later, Kelly D., an estimator, introduced herself with a warm smile and asked how she could help. After I explained the damage to my vehicle, Kelly immediately took charge. She accompanied me outside to inspect the car and carefully reviewed the damage. This first visit took place on May 26. Two days later, on May 28, I called Kelly and scheduled the repair for Monday, June 1. Throughout the process, Kelly kept me informed. She called on Tuesday with an update and let me know the repairs were progressing well and that the car would be ready on Wednesday. True to her word, the vehicle was completed and ready for pickup on June 3. I was amazed that the entire repair process took only a few days. When I picked up my car, I carefully inspected the work and was extremely pleased. The repairs were flawless, and the car looked beautiful. While the quality of the repair was excellent, the main reason for this review is Kelly D. From the moment I entered the business until the work was completed, she provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive. She kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Great job, Kelly! You are a tremendous asset to Chaney's Collision Center.
