  I brought my car to Cheney’s Auto Collision in Surprise, and right after picking it up, the AC wasn’t working. When I asked for help, it was hard to get straight answers. I just kept getting the runaround. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I needed a diagnostic to prove the AC was working before, which is so frustrating. If the job had been done right, I wouldn’t be dealing with this. Really disappointed with the service and the lack of clear communication.

  If you are going here for an estimate after being hit by another driver, DONT. They try to force you to sign over your vehicle with a repair document before the estimate is even performed. And they will not perform the estimate without the document signed. Wasting more of your time, while already doing something costing you time because of someone else. The front desk lady was extremely rude about. The estimater was much more professional in saying they don’t do the estimate without the work awarded. But they should inform people of this policy before scheduling their appointments.

  We had an encounter w a deer in our 2007 Chevy Roadtrek 190 Versatile. We needed left bumper and hood repair and painting, full replacement of the a/c condenser, the radiator, the mounts for those units and the headlights, new grill, and a new front fender. We were told our repairs would take 3+ weeks. Chaney's had all the work completed in two weeks and 1 day! Chip kept us apprised of progress and changes in repair along the way. We are extremely pleased w the work that was done and the fast return of our camper van!

  I’ve already left a review before but I have to leave another one. Chaney’s is AMAZING! I unfortunately have been in 3 car accidents and I’ve come here every single time. They have always treated me amazing, kept me informed and updated, extremely professional, and always have the best service. My last accident was about a year ago and my grill had started to come off a couple days ago, so I brought it back to them and they fixed it in 10 minutes, no questions asked. I do and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for always treating me with the utmost respect.
