  Took my RV to Camping world in Surprise AZ for an ABS light that was intermittent. They assured me they could fix it. After over $1100 in supposed fixes the light is still on and I am now taking it to Ford to be fixed. Stay away from this service department at all costs!

  My grandmother has a budget of $125K for a camper. Today we were walking through the campers for about 20mins and no one greeted us. We noticed the gates were open and my grandmother spotted the perfect sized camper she was interested in. So I drove her over to look at it. After walking through the RV and analyzing the RV my grandmother decided that she found “the one”. A sales rep came out to introduce herself and my grandmother requested a price (which was well below budget), HOWEVER AS WE WERE STANDING THERE a guy in a cart came over and told our sales lady “Can you get them to go” right in our presence and than as my grandmother asked for further details about the RV the gentleman in the cart just sat there waiting for us to leave the property (he wanted to close the gates). Absolutely, incredibly rude, we went to another place and found a similar RV that she will be purchasing. Go here if you want to be treated like an inconvenience.

  5 stars for Cam in sales. He was professional, helpful, and treated me with respect throughout the process. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was much different. The finance manager greeted me with a noticeably unfriendly attitude. When I asked if I had done something wrong, he explained that he “didn’t know who I was.” That’s a surprising way to treat any customer, especially one who was there to complete a $12,000 cash purchase. I was also charged a $600 documentation fee for what appeared to be a relatively small amount of paperwork, which was difficult to justify on a cash transaction. The final concern came during delivery when I discovered loose, disconnected wires hanging underneath the trailer on a brand new 2026. To their credit, they fixed the issue, but it raises questions about the quality of the inspection process. I also still have lighting issues that will require service elsewhere. Cam was excellent. The finance and delivery experience was not. Based on my experience, I would purchase from a different Coleman dealer in the future.

  Camping World in Surprise Arizona really surprised me !!! I am a real stickler when it comes to dealing with “ALL” sales people since I had my own business for 30 years and dealt with people directly every day. Believe me when I say, I know how to treat future and existing customers and also know how to be treated by others !! Nothing turns me off quicker than pushy, tacky sales people rushing in for a sale the minute you drive onto the lot, get out of your vehicle and your feet hit the ground !! I have a motto that both parties need to win, not just the seller but also the buyer and most of all everyone must be exceptionally respectful in the process and treat potential buyers like real people not just dollar signs to make money for the business and the sales people.. A very special thank you goes out to Rick Miller in sales, Patricia Hanson in special financing, and now management Rick Olivarez who 8-10 months ago was in sales the first time I stopped at the dealership and took the time too get all the necessary measurements for me top to bottom including the additional height of the AC units of the rv we were thinking of purchasing to help make sure it would fit in my existing 12 foot high door of my rv building. With a little patience and creativity after purchasing the rv it fit, so thanks Rick Olivarez, your efforts were worth it, a good job well done !!! We purchased a new Grand Design Reflection 303 and would say EVERYONE during the ENTIRE process was exceptionally friendly and very professional. Had they not been, we would have left, I have done it before in other sales situations… !!! ALL IN ALL OUR EXPERIENCE AT CAMPING WORLD SURPRISE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY AND WE WOULD NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE if you are in the market for a nice rv !!! As for as any of the negative political things put out on social media from a few years ago about Camping World, I DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF IT, to me it was all fabricated bs to hurt the company and after the fine way we were treated during our recent purchase a couple weeks ago I do not believe any of it to be true !! Lastly, nothing speaks AMERICAN PATRIOTISM like that GREAT BIG AMERICAN FLAG flying at Camping World Surprise Arizona !!! Like most Americans, I love our country AND yes, I voted for and supported President Donald Trump during both of his presidential elections and I also believe the people at Camping World also support our President !!!!!!!!! If anyone reading this review has any reservations or doubt about doing business with this company, ask them for my phone number and call me !! I will be more than happy to share my experience with you. A special thank you goes out to everyone at Camping World for making our buying experience a pleasant one to remember !!!!!
