  Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Staff are incredibly friendly and eager to serve Literally the place should be a house of worship for outdoor RV enthusiasts and travelers.

  Wish I could give them zero stars. All we needed was a small scrap of flooring to repair a rip in our RV’s floor. After numerous calls, they finally said they could order a minimum of a square foot. That’s all we needed. Were quoted $40, charged $14, and then we heard nothing. After numerous calls again, we were told the flooring came in and the charge would be $197 for shipping and that doesn’t include any labor (which we don’t need). This place is disorganized, poorly managed, and one big rip off. We originally bought from Orangewood, which became Lazydays, which is now this operation. It’s only getting worse with each greedy acquisition.

  We live in Tempe and wanted to give this location a shot since the other dealerships closer to us had bad customer service. I will note this location had opened it's doors just a couple months ago so the inside and out look absolutely beautiful. Joe P. welcomed us at the door and took care of us from start to finish. He had great communication skills and would text/call after hours if questions arose. We bought our trailer that day and picked it up at the end of that same week. We would have been fine picking it up later if it meant it would have been walked through more thoroughly. White putty material EVERYWHERE and I mean EVERYWHERE. We are still finding the places they smeared it trying to wipe it off. Small stains on our carpet and couch, and had to even re screw strike plates in order for our doors to even shut. I could go on but long story short our happiness quickly faded especially with no follow up or intent to help remedy the situation.

  My husband and I drove to this lazy days from kingman hoping to get a look at an RV we might want. Upon arrival a sales guy told us every rv was locked. We’ve bought RVs in Florida and none were locked so that took us by surprise. How are customers supposed to decide what they want when they can’t see the rv? Internet pictures aren’t as good. Plus we weren’t ready to chat with sales or finance but I know they just want to force customers inside so they can try selling them the most expensive rv.
