    Never use this company for service, unless it is absolutely the last option. Brand new Momentum Toy Hauler (used once) in the shop for going on 7 weeks for a recall!!!!! And the recall is for overtightened axle bolts, which makes it even worse. It took 5 weeks to get the dealer to reply to me after leaving multiple messages and when they did, it was a text saying they are still waiting on authorization to order parts. I have contacted legal and Grand Design as I will no longer be buying, servicing, or doing business in any fashion with LazyDays RV. Absolutely garbage customer service! Avoid at all costs. If you are in the market for an RV, look anywhere else. Edit: I finally had to go in to get in touch with someone. They have ZERO sense of urgency. My case will likely be going to legal, as they lied to me over and over! It will be well over 12 weeks to get my 130K + unit of their lot, due to a simple safety recall. Please read others reviews, this place is the worst experience I have ever had, zero accountability for any of their countless mistakes!!! Use literally any other RV Vendor.

    Lead technician was a nice, and knowledgeable guy. Did explain they were a shorthanded, and wasn’t sure if he could get to me in a reasonable timeframe. Told me he was looking at a month, or so, in the future before he could get to me. Will return… hopefully by that time they will have hired more techs.
