  My experience with Brakes Plus located at Village of Prasada, Surprise Arizona was wonderful. I give Howard 5 stars +++++...for taking care of me and my car AC unit! Thank you so much for everything. I will continue to return as needed for car maintenance.

  I can’t recommend this Brakes Plus location enough! The manager Mark consistently goes above and beyond every single time I bring my vehicle in. It’s hard to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also honest, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. They always explain what my vehicle needs without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which is something I truly appreciate. I never leave wondering if I was sold something I didn’t need. It’s actually one of the few places where I look forward to bringing my vehicle in for service because I know I’ll be treated with respect and taken care of. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, I highly recommend this location especially Mark. Outstanding customer service every time!

  Mark Purcell had outstanding customer service, immediately feeling welcomed as you walk in, he made it easy and quick to understand the problems of my car. I would 100% come back for fixtures of my car, he made it welcoming and understandable.

  I came to this shop to get my oil change done they gave me my oil change and a full inspection of my car it was brought to my attention that I needed brakes done and I wasn’t aware went out with the advisor to see the pad thickness and sure enough I was just about metal to metal! Thanks for taking the time to make sure I’m safe when I’m out on the road
