  Mark and Howard are the absolute best people to work with. It’s a shame we have only now crossed paths with them. They have serviced 2/4 cars that we own, and we plan to bring the others, simply because they make the process so much better. Customer service is top notch and we look forward to continuing our car services with them and the team at Brakes Plus (Prasada).

  Outstanding Service and Genuine Care! I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Mark, the manager at Brakes Plus, for going above and beyond for my mom today. Not only did Mark help my mom get her work van taken care of, but he also went the extra mile by inspecting another vehicle she was considering purchasing. He took the time to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound and that there were no major issues—something he absolutely did not have to do, but chose to do simply because he genuinely cared about helping her make a good decision. Mark was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and demonstrated truly superior customer service. His integrity and willingness to help are exactly what you hope to find when trusting someone with your family’s vehicles. My mom has always recommended that I bring our family vehicles to this Brakes Plus location. She has spoken highly of Mark and the confidence she has in his management, professionalism, and ability to consistently provide excellent solutions and take care of people the right way. Today, I finally witnessed firsthand exactly what my mom has been talking about—and I can honestly say I understand why she trusts this location. Mark, thank you again for everything you did for my mom today. What you did was such a blessing to her and to our family. Your kindness, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. From this point forward, I’ll be bringing my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle to this location as well.   I cannot thank the crew here enough for speedy and excellent service. They knew I was short on time, and promised me 2.5 hour turn around even though they initially said it would be 3 to 4 on a Saturday morning. Then they ended up getting done an hour earlier than promised. Saved my whole day.

  My car has been serviced various times at the Prasada location and it is my 'mechanic' shop! The only service they really don't offer is new tires, otherwise they can perform almost any service on your car. I totally appreciate their knowledge, thoroughness and looking for the interests of the customer. David, Mark and all the staff I've met are A-1!

  My family and I always get oil changes n brakes done at Brakes Plus. They never disappoint us with their service and always take care of us! Mark and Dave (or David, one of those 2 names lol) were extremely helpful and communicative while I got my car's oil change done and then my lady's oil and brakes the next day. Highly recommend any Brakes Plus shop to anyone, especially this location in Prasada Parkway :)
