  This location has the best crew. Mark is always very helpful and takes great care of us. I’ve take all my 3 vehicles to them for the past 2 years . They never fail me always go above and beyond to get my vehicle in top shape.

  Great experience there! They originally thought I needed more expensive work done on my car, and gave me a quote that I approved. However, when they went to fix it up they realized I only needed a smaller repair. It was so fun getting a lower bill than expected when I picked the car up :) Honestly, I know nothing about cars, and they could have just stuck with the more expensive repair and I wouldn't have known. I truly appreciate their honesty and work ethic!

  This shop was great!..from the first interaction with Howard to the store manager Mark Purcell. I had been told I needed brakes from 2 shops and was told to go to this store by Tom at Discount Tire because they would be fair and honest. Can't tell you how happy I went..they did a complete check and showed me that I Didn't need brakes and they showed me the difference in new ones and mine..They did right by this widow...Didn't charge me for something I really didn't need. I highly recommend the shop at Prasada..

  Honest and full of integrity, I took my truck in for service. They checked CV Boots, bushings and various suspension parts. Brakes were ok, A/C was ok. Walked out with a clean bill of health. I highly recommend this place if you are unsure of your problem and want an honest diagnosis. Thank you Howard

  We were on vacation and heading home to San Diego. brakes started making a noise. We stopped at Brake Plus, they checked the brakes and quoted us a price to replace all 4 brake pads and to rotate the rotors. It took them awhile to do the job but it got done. Everything was fine but after driving my vehicle for a couples of days after we got I noticed my car shaking every time I pressed the brakes. I took it to my mechanic and I told him what was happening and when he checked my brakes he asked me what they had done. I told him they had replaced the brake pads and rotated the rotors. He said that the rotors had not been done properly. He showed what they should look like. So I had to pay to get my rotors rotated properly and brake pads reinstalled. I was not driving back to Surprise, AZ. even though I had warranty.
