  Tienda limpia, organizada, no encontré todo lo que buscaba pero la atención estuvo bien. En la entrada tienen letreros de se habla español, no habia personal que hablara español, no es un problema importante

  Exceptional Customer Service from Trenten M! I want to give a huge shoutout to Trenten M. for going absolutely above and beyond to help me. I had an issue with my license plate because the hole for the fastener had loosened, and what could have been a quick, frustrating problem turned into a great customer service experience thanks to Trenten. Instead of simply telling me I needed to figure it out elsewhere, Trenten took the time to personally help me find the right fastener and make sure I had a solution. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely committed to getting the issue resolved—even though it was such a small request. That kind of service says a lot about a company. Trenten didn’t just do his job; he took ownership and made sure I was taken care of. Employees like him are exactly why customers remember a business and come back.   I beyond appreciate Josiah. I truly hope o am spelling his name right because he needs all The glory. I will say I came in hot and just so frustrated. Josiah didnt give me one mean look at all. He didn’t look annoyed or disturbed. He let me vent and get out my emotions and said hey I understand let’s go take a look. He popped my hood and was on the case and wanted to Make sure I was helped beyond appreciate that. The only thing I will say is work on the phone etiquette. I called several times before I came and there was one lady that answered and put me on hold several times and I had no time to talk or anything. Just picked up and hung up. Josiah made everything better but for sure do better with the phones. I truly appreciate him taking the time to help me no matter what.
