  The store manager Juan is so awesome!! Went in scared of my battery hesitating and he changed the battery immediately, under 5 mins, in the scorching Arizona summer heat. Thank you Juan!!!

  Please don’t go to this location. I needed my battery tested and the girls said could not do it because she could not access it. However, when the battery was purchased the other employee removed and installed the new one. This young lady then removed the cover had access to the battery and still didn’t test it, instead wanted me to remove it or buy a new one. My friend then came removed the same cover went inside she came out and then tested the battery. I asked why she didn’t do that before.. she stated she did y know she could do it without taking it out. This young lady had a terrible actitud, was rude and just wanted to make a sale… big difference when a male came in. You need to hire people with experience and customer service manners. I would rather drive an extra mile to another location. I know for sure I won’t purchase my next battery with this chain.

  Alex V absolutely knocked it out of the park! Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I called ahead because I needed a new battery, and before I even got there, Alex made sure they had the exact one I needed in stock so I wouldn’t waste my time. Literally as soon as I walked in, he greeted me at the door like he genuinely cared, took me straight to what I needed and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Even installed the battery, got me in and out within 30 min. You can tell Alex takes pride in what he does. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything incredibly easy. It’s employees and leaders like him that keep people coming back. This is hands down one of the best AutoZone locations I’ve been to. If every business had people like Alex, customer service would be in a much better place… Huge thank you to Alex and the entire team for going above and beyond. You’ve earned a customer for life!

  My husband was just in this store and we have shopped at this location for years. First time having the worst service ever. The manager must not want to be there. Very poor service and with bad attitude.

  I had my battery replaced, and Josiah P who assisted me provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and the importance of the work being performed. They answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. What stood out most was their positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, making the service quick, efficient, and stress-free. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer care truly exceeded my expectations. I greatly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend this location because of employees like him.
