  We rented a car to drive 1600 miles to Northern California from Arizona for a friend's funeral. I've rented a car a few other times in the past and I would say this experience was one of the better ones. The staff are very helpful. I greatly appreciated the great customer service that Carter and Camile provided. We were both in a very emotional state because of the purpose of the rental so we appreciated their helpfulness. We reserved a Corolla online intentionally so we could get good gas mileage since gas prices are so hgh right now. And the fact that we did most of the driving in California, the prices were even higher for gas. Like most rental car places they didn't have the car that we had reserved. I think this issue happens at all rental companies and it is a frustrating experience. I wish that the actual cars available are shown upon reserving. We ended up renting a Nissan Sentra which got good gas mileage as well. The car only had $20,000 miles on it so that was a plus. It was about as comfortable as it could be for an economy model. The waiting room at this location is on the small side for how many people are there. Allow extra time for pick-up. It took us 45 min. Drop off was a breeze amd only took 5 minutes. We would definitely rent from this location again.

  High notch customer service. I got in car wreck in Las Vegas. Enterprise crew there took excellent care of me and my wife needs. We able to drive back to Arizona and thank the service provider for telling me to purchase the full insurance. Thank you for the service. Chris

  Rented a car from here for nearly 7 months after a car accident. They were wonderful the entire time. Even gave me a free upgrade after a tire blow out. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the West Valley! Shout out to Brandon the store Manager for always taking care of me!

  This location has the best staff. They had a hiccup with a mini van rental, but they sorted out the situation a few hours later. I was very impressed with their resolution and response time. They didn't bullshit me and came through. Mahalo nui loa.

  This was my first time at this location. I had pick up and drop off on 43rd Ave & Bell but made a change to the pick up location. The pick up in Sun City went well, my drop off location at 43rd ave was confirmed and NO ADDITIONAL fees were discussed. I got a call the day after returning the car that there was a $25 fee assessed for an unplanned drop off change. I called this store on 4/7 and was advised my contract did not reflect this fee and it will not be charged. On 4/8 I was charged. I called this store and spoke to Brandon who stated its a new fee accounting implemented in March and that they are who added it. He said he put in an escalation to accounting to look into it and he would follow up with me. I also asked for the corporate number and called them the same day. Corporate advised that the fee was added by the Sun City store not accounting. I was advised to call the store and speak to a manager and request a refund. I called back 4/10 got Brandon and was told its a fee added by accounting due to me changing the drop off location. I again advised I made no changes. He said he couldn't do anything about the fee and would follow up when accounting got back to him. I called corporate again today and was told the store can refund me. I called this store back got Brandon again and the same spill but he said because "I assumed I could drop the car off at whatever location I wanted to I was charged". Very unprofessional! He put in another escalation or claimed to and said he would follow up. I am being charged undisclosed fees and getting poor service. I made the mistake of renting from this location and am now being cheated.
