  This is the WORST place to rent a car!!! This is the third time I have rented from here and they NEVER have a car ready!!! They call to confirm you a renting at a specific time and then make you wait an hour for a car!!!! Do not waste your time here!! The last time they gave me an “upgraded car” and it was filthy dirty. I had to wash the inside of the front windshield just so I could see to drive. I have given this place 3 tries and NEVER again!! They have no sense of urgency and do not care about anyone’s time!!! Horrible customer service

  Roman was amazing from pick-up to drop-off. He was incredibly attentive to my needs, personable, and just a genuinely fun person to talk to. There aren’t many people in customer service anymore who provide truly great customer service, but Roman absolutely did. He did an amazing job communicating how the rental process works, what I needed to do on my end to get the most out of my rental car, and how to avoid any additional fees. I really appreciated how thorough, helpful, and personable he was throughout the entire experience.

  DO NOT RENT HERE- THE WHEELS FELL OFF THE VEHICLE AND IT ALMOST KILLED US. I rented a car for my moms 75th birthday to take her to the Wizard of Oz in Las Vegas. This was supposed to be a fun and incredible trip for my mom turned into an absolute NIGHTMARE. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday at 5:30pm they tried to give me a Mirage that was on EMPTY. I told them no, absolutely not and made them go fill the car with gas. When i got home, my family member noticed it was missing a hubcap. We tried to joke about it and make light of the situation. We packed our bags and left the next morning. We realized while driving the passenger air vent had NO CONTROL LEVERS. The plastic levers were gone and it was just an open hole blowing on the passenger. You could not direct the air flow and we had to pull over in Kingman and go into a fast food restraunt so my 75 year old mother could cool down. The interior of the car was FALLING APART and kept falling down while driving. We had to keep pushing the plastic panels back on the entire drive because the car could not maintain highway speed and was rattling the interior back apart the whole way. When we pulled into our hotel in Las Vegas I realized the vibration from driving on the highway blew off another hubcap. When we picked up our rental car from valet I checked over it and it was returned to us the same way we left it with 2 missing hubcaps, broken interior parts and still NO way to control the vents. While rushing to get to valet to get the car (knowing it was going to take 6 hours instead of 5 to get home because the car can not maintain freeway speeds 65-70 we had to drive it at 60mph or lower the entire time) my mom tore her bicep muscle when she tripped trying to rush out of our vacation an hour early to make it home before 10pm. She would not have been rushing had we have had a proper car. To make a 75 year old woman feel so rushed and scared for the ride home, Enterprise should be absolutely ASHAMED for giving us this car. They won't though. Its been 4 days since we dropped off the car and not even 1 manager has contacted me. On the drive home, dash and engine lights came on in Needles NV while the car was struggling to climb the highway hills at 65mph. The car was RED LINING trying to go 65mph uphill. My mother overheated becauss we couldnt adjust her passenger air flow......and when we got home we realized the last 2 hubcaps blew off the car somewhere between Phoenix and Las Vegas. All 3 hubcaps fell off the car, the interior was falling apart, the air conditioning vent was unable to be controlled and even the logo on the steering wheel was faded. This car should NOT be in Enterprises fleet. I have rented 3 times in the past year from Enterprise and never had this expierience. Furthermore, my family had a business account with Enterprise in the past and never expierienced this before. Disgusting way to treat your customers especially a 75 year old woman on her birthday trip. Now I will spend the rest of my day off trying to contact a manager because paying $250+ for a car that the literal WHEELS FELL OFF OF is insane and deplorable customer service. Shame on Enterprise, and just know that the next time I am in your rental office, I will not be a kind person like i was in the past. You will expect to be spending 20 minutes with me inspecting EVERY inch of that vehicle before I take it off the lot. What if this was your mothers 75th birthday?? Would you like her to expierience this??

  Let me start with Ethan Peacock! Absolute joy to be greeted by such a friendly smile. Extremely helpful as I had to wait for my vehicle to be ready. He made sure I was comfortable during my wait and kept checking to make sure I was "not forgotten". Then the warmth and thorough care from Tyler Ivy who helped me inspect and check out my vehicle. Both these gentlemen are a shining examples of professionalism and what customer service should look like. Thank you Enterprise for having such incredible employees on your team!

  Each and every time all of the employees are consistently amazing at giving top-notch customer service! Even in the exhausting Arizona heat, they stay consistent each and every time. This past time Paul at the 99th Ave. and Bell Road location in Sun City Arizona made sure that all of my needs were met before we left with our car rental. Paul and each and every person there always has a smile on their face and they greet you when you walk through the door and you actually feel like you’re important when you go there. You feel like you matter as a customer, which is so rare these days. Especially with AI taking over everything, which is a horrible, horrible thing, to actually have a real person there to help take care of all of your needs is golden. This is why each and every single time I rent a car, it is always through Enterprise car rental. Please don’t ever change this model that you have. !! Thank you!
