  The 2025 Chevy Equinox I received for a day was definitely rode hard & hung up wet. It had 60k miles & was leaking a small amount of oil. The vehicle is overdue for some maintenance TLC & a good cleaning inside & out. Poor rentals are beat on.

  The experience is had at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was the best I've ever had in any establishment. The Asst. Managers and the crew acknowledged me as soon as I entered the building. They were very curtious & pleasant. They were very busy but even under all the pressure of having a full lobby they were awesome. Great job to the crew at 9889 W Bell Rd in Surprise Az. Thank you for your great customer service, I appreciate them.

  I rent only from Enterprise! No matter where or what state I rent from, Enterprise is fast, efficient, even accommodates me when I had a last minute reservation request. They are definitely my go-to people!!

  I'm was pushy upon pick up. Return took an hour, as the people picking up cars for the priority. There was no place to stand or to sit in the business. Definitely would rethink using this location after using it for a year and things being good.

  I walked into this Enterprise expecting a rental car and instead found myself trapped in a low budget purgatory where time goes to die and customer service is treated like an urban legend. The lobby was packed with the hollow eyed and defeated, all waiting for cars to be cleaned, found, processed, blessed by a shaman, or whatever ritual is required before handing over keys. The man ahead of me had apparently achieved a higher rank in the hierarchy. Both available cars were sitting there ready to go, but the operation ground to a halt because he left for coffee and needed to return to decide which one he wanted. Until then, nobody else moves. Civilization itself waits. The staff informed me this could take 45 minutes to an hour. I've rented cars all over the country. Enterprise locations. Competitors. Airports. Small towns. Big cities. None have managed to turn something as simple as handing over a vehicle into such an impressive display of dysfunction. What makes it worse is that this isn't new. Last spring break I reserved a vehicle months in advance for my family. They oversold inventory, didn't have the class of vehicle I reserved, and offered little help. Another location across town solved the problem in minutes by finding a comparable vehicle elsewhere. Actual customer service. A concept apparently studied only in theory at this branch. This location operates on the assumption that reservations are suggestions, inventory is fictional, and your time is worthless. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places willing to rent you a car without first making you question the basic competence of modern society.
