  My insurance company is Liberty Mutual who recommended Safelite to us. Liberty Mutual has treated us well through multiple accidents and cracked windows so we were happy to take their recommendation to use Safelite to handle the actual windshield replacement and we weren't disappointed. Safelite came to our rural location and did the replacement on a blistering hot Arizona summer day, saving us an hour's trip to go to the city where the other shops are located. And, because I have zero deductible comprehensive insurance through Liberty Mutual, I paid nothing for the service

  My spouse's truck was sprayed with gravel on I10 and through our insurance we booked a replacement windshield with Safelite. The Safelite crew showed up and replaced the window. When inspecting their work I noticed an almost 1 inch gap between the windshield moulding and the cowl at the bottom of the window. The crew showed me "before pics" that showed the gap. I was suspicious but didn't argue. We took pics before we contacted Safelite and the gap was not on our pics. The next day in better light we noticed pieces of the moulding and cowl were actually missing. We contacted Safelite Sierra Vista and complained. They sent someone out to check and after an appropriate amount of defense of his crew and minor interogation of us Austin the manager agreed to repair the damage. If every manager always immediately agreed to fix every complaint they wouldn't be in business. The skill is knowing when and when not to. Austin did his job well as did the tech he sent to repair the damage. I'm happy. I'm happy that insurance covered the glass damage and I'm happy that Safelite did the right thing and repaired the damage they caused. I'm impressed with Austin he defended Safelite and treated us fairly.

  Cyrus from Safelite in Sierra Vista is great! He was on time, quick, pleasant and answered all my questions. Trust him to do a good job.

  I had my windshield replaced in July. Several hours after the technician completed the install, I went out to run some errands and found the car would not start. After calling the manager with this concern, I was told it must be a low battery in the key fob. I replaced the battery at the hardware store, with no change in the start-up issue. I took the car in to our local mechanic and he discovered a disconnected hose that was disturbed by the technician during the install. $50.00 later I am back on the road. I call this poor quality control. I should be compensated for this oversight and inconvenience!

  WOW! This is what excellent service looks like, & what too many companies have let slide. The day before my appt I had to make changes re the time. I had scheduled it thru the 800# but decided to go to the shop to make changes in person. The national phone number can be frustrating to deal with depending on you you talk to. The local scheduling guys were very helpful & accommodating and solved my acheduling issue. Arriving for my 7am appointment next day I was greeted as I drove up, the tech came over, introduced himself (Adrian), & explained the process & timing. The office/waiting room was pristine, coffee station welcome & inviting especially as I didn't have time to make a cup at home. Everyone was friendly, respectful, & most importantly, all working at their jobs, not just standing around talking to each other & ignoring customers. But most of all, the replacement of my windshield was an expert job, and completed a little earlier than expected. Many thanks to Adrien, the manager, and the whole team at Safelite. I wish they could offer more auto services... I would happily take my car to them for additional services.
