  While I put up with a big Crack in the windshield for a couple of weeks, I was really appreciative on how quickly I was taken care of. I also carry a zero deductible on glass so I was happier knowing I wouldn't pay a nickel!

  While the installer was pleasant, there were SEVERAL RED FLAGS I discovered AFTER the installer had left the property. I have pictures that I hope I can share in this survey. First of all, there appears to be some missing trim above the windshield. Secondly, there was a piece of paper in the driveway. Upon closer inspection, this was from the glass manufacturer and talks about the glass conforming to all Applicable federal Motor Vehicle Safety standards. The label also states it is to be REMOVED BY THE VEHICLE OWNER ONLY, yet it was removed by the installer and littered on my driveway. Thirdly, for whatever reason, my driver's seat was laid back in a fully reclined position and NOT returned to the position it was found in. And fourthly, and maybe the most important item that I am upset about, is the trim by each fender under the windshield. It has been totally destroyed. I very well could have been affected by the intense Arizona sun, but I feel the installer should have shown me the condition of it BEFORE he attempted the install and to let me know it might disintegrate when he attempted the install. He DID NOT mention anything to me. WORSE, after the install, with the rubber trim piece destroyed, he did not mention to me that it didn't survive the install. With no mention of the condition of the rubber trim pieces either before or after the install, I feel these pieces as well as the missing piece over the windshield should be replaced and installed by Safelite.

  Two technicians performed a windshield replacement in horrible monsoon conditions. They got stuck and had to carry all the equipment into the garage while walking through ankle-deep water and mud. Darnell and Nick didn't complain once. They were so positive and professional. They could have easily canceled the appointment, but they took their time to do the job. It was a great experience. Would like to add... Search for safelite coupons and add them to your order before you make the appointment online and check out, I saved over $100 with coupon and cash back offer.

  I had an amazing experience with Safelite AutoGlass here in Sierra Vista! The entire team was incredibly nice, welcoming, and patient throughout the whole process. My only tip for future customers is to stay on top of communication and make sure everyone involved with your claim or case is on the same page from the start. Other than keeping the lines of communication clear, the service and workmanship were top-notch. Highly recommend them!
