  Very very lazy worker and manager at this site. Employee name “Dulce” ( real name?) and the manager working today 10/4/2026 have to be about the laziest employees I have ever seen at a rental car company. They just couldn’t be bothered w anything outside of normal procedure ie finding the answer to a question how to rent a car w only a debit card! Enterprise you can do better.

  The car I rented was clean and ready at the reserved time. The staff at the Sierra Vista Enterprise are always friendly and helpful. I've rented cars there in the past and I will continue to rent cars from there in the future.

  I reserved a pickup truck online the night before my rental. However, when I arrived at the location the next morning, no trucks were available. The local employee went above and beyond—calling several nearby branches to find me a truck—but every surrounding location was completely sold out as well. Ultimately, we had to make do with a minivan to handle my warehouse pickup. The issue lies entirely with corporate's online inventory management system, not the local branch. The website should accurately track real-time fleet availability and block reservations when a location has zero inventory. The local staff and management were fantastic and did everything possible to fix the situation. However, as a long-time Enterprise customer, I expect a reservation system that reflects actual vehicle availability.

  Allowed me to place a reservation for 5pm when i tried to open the door at 4:56 it was locked. We went and stood patiently next to the lady who was currently helping another customer. When she finished she looked at us and walked away. Assuming someone would help us we waited and at around 5:15 i tried the door and a lady opened it and informed me that the system turns off at 5 and there was nothing she could do.

  I ordered a higher quality car 4 weeks in advance. My husband called the office to make sure they would be able to have the type of vehicle we wanted. Two days before pick up, the office called to confirm what we wanted. They told us it was no problem to get one from the next office for our reservation. The day of pick up they had no car ready for us at our pick up time, they didn’t have our vehicle reservation type we ordered 4 weeks earlier. We had to choose between lower quality vehicles and none were anything like what we reserved. The vehicle was unacceptable for the type of one we had ordered and talked to 3 different office workers about it well in advance and they well knew what we had ordered. We didn’t get to leave for 37 minutes past our reservation time. I got no discount for this time theft from the poor staff and lack of availability of the vehicle I reserved 4 weeks in advance. Then when we returned the vehicle, 1 1/2 hours earlier than our reservation required, they charged us an extra driver fee even though no one else drove it but me and my spouse. They didn’t provide a print out of the receipt before I left, it was only in an email. I had to drive back across town to show them I was over charged. I will never rent another vehicle from enterprise again.
