  I ordered a higher quality car 4 weeks in advance. My husband called the office to make sure they would be able to have the type of vehicle we wanted. Two days before pick up, the office called to confirm what we wanted. They told us it was no problem to get one from the next office for our reservation. The day of pick up they had no car ready for us at our pick up time, they didn’t have our vehicle reservation type we ordered 4 weeks earlier. We had to choose between lower quality vehicles and none were anything like what we reserved. The vehicle was unacceptable for the type of one we had ordered and talked to 3 different office workers about it well in advance and they well knew what we had ordered. We didn’t get to leave for 37 minutes past our reservation time. I got no discount for this time theft from the poor staff and lack of availability of the vehicle I reserved 4 weeks in advance. Then when we returned the vehicle, 1 1/2 hours earlier than our reservation required, they charged us an extra driver fee even though no one else drove it but me and my spouse. They didn’t provide a print out of the receipt before I left, it was only in an email. I had to drive back across town to show them I was over charged. I will never rent another vehicle from enterprise again.

  This place was super busy so we had to wait awhile. But the staff are so on the ball and courteous that we didn't mind. Keisha was especially a pleasure to work with.

  Every woman I spoke to over the phone at this location was excellent. I had a project with many moving parts and had to change things up a few times. They were all patient, professional and understanding. They went above and beyond helping me with my rental. (Especially Monica who helped me when I arrived.) I am so grateful that everything worked out perfectly. Thank you ladies for being stellar and actually caring about your customers.

  I rented a 15 passenger van earlier this year & Keisha was incredible help, she checked me in fast and walked me through every detail of the vehicle I was renting so I could maximize it’s features for comfort and safety. 10/10 experience
