  Policy ruined my time and money just because I couldn't use a debit card from breaking down in Arizona needing to get back to Texas.

  Was overcharged by $150. Also to top up tank was charged for gasoline at the rate of $7.41 per gallon. Outrageous. Individual taking my complaint spoke with heavy accent and hard to understand.

  Too expensive, frustrating staff, and the car was the incorrect car I reserved. I want a full refund and probably will never rent a car from any Enterprise services ever again
