- JEJosh EJul 27, 20261.0Wow! If you want to get screamed at over the phone, call this place! Carl was genuinely the rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to. He is a TERRIBLE representative for a company and feels comfortable yelling at people who don’t understand how car repairs work (even as a first time customer!). He got extremely upset when I called with information regarding a quote and providing him with what Mercedes was charging me. Not only that but he hung up on me. He was so mean I was shaking after the call. I had an appointment booked (which I will not call to cancel bc I’ll get yelled at) but will be taking my business elsewhere and will NEVER support this place!
