I had to have my front windshield replaced due to cracking. Scheduling was super simple. Safelite took care of all insurance details. The technician was timely and friendly. He did a good job in a few hours (had to be recalibrated) and even changed my windshield wipers. Very happy w Safelite and would use them again!

I recently had my windshield replaced here since my windshield had a huge crack in it. My insurance covered it, so there was no charge to me. I soon found that the car made a squealing noise when I was driving on the freeway. Took it in to Right Toyota and it turned out that the windshield had been installed incorrectly and that that was what was causing the noise. Right Toyota had it installed correctly and just charged me $190 for labor. I contacted Safelite and even though their warranty says I would have to have had it reinstalled by a Safelite technician for the warranty to be in effect, after emailing them photos of my invoice from Right Toyota, Safelite is sending me a check for the full $190. Shoutout to Cameron Crown and Trevor Biley at Safelite Raintree for helping me with this, to Safelite for doing the right thing, and to the Safelite customer service representative I spoke with today who did an absolutely amazing job of helping me out over the phone today! Thank you all for your help!

Safelite made this about as easy as it could be. I came in with a small chip and was able to get an appointment quickly without a lot of back-and-forth. When I arrived, the team greeted me right away and clearly set expectations on timing and what the repair would involve—something I really appreciate. The technician was efficient, professional, and pleasant to deal with, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. I was in and out without any hassle. What would have made it better? Create a treatment or technology to have the chip repair nearly invisible.

My experience with the Raintree Scottsdale location of Safelite AutoGlass reflects a consistent breakdown in both service execution and leadership accountability. Within a single month, I required two Pinkerton glass replacements. The first failed due to a stress crack and was appropriately replaced under warranty. The second, however, developed a crack in the exact same location within weeks. Despite only minor pitting consistent with standard Arizona driving conditions, the damage was summarily classified as “new,” without any substantive evaluation of the identical fracture pattern. The pitting referenced was minimal and consistent with routine highway exposure, such as a drive to Tucson. It does not reasonably explain a full crack, particularly one occurring in the same location as the prior failure. That correlation was disregarded entirely, and the concern was effectively dismissed. When I visited the location to address the issue, there was a noticeable delay before acknowledgment, indicative of an overwhelmed operation. More concerning was the absence of leadership engagement. Upon requesting management involvement, neither the Assistant Manager, Trevor Biley, nor the Store Manager, Cameron Crown, made themselves available. This raises a fundamental question regarding operational oversight. When leadership is unavailable to address a clear warranty dispute, it calls into question whether management is actively leading or merely facilitating throughput. Additionally, the installation itself presents quality concerns. The seal surrounding the camera and sensor contains visible air pockets, suggesting improper installation. I was advised this would be corrected, which only reinforces that the current condition falls below acceptable standards and should not have occurred. Customer service ultimately redirected me to another location for reassessment. However, these are corporate-owned facilities. A lack of accountability at the store level should not require the customer to restart the process elsewhere. In totality, this location appears consistently overextended, lacks visible leadership when it is most required, and fails to meet even baseline expectations for customer care and quality assurance. I would strongly recommend seeking service at an alternative location if accountability, engagement, and proper resolution are expected. Unfortunately, I expect high standards from those who work for me, so this is a hard pill and $1000.00 to swallow.
