  Terrible service, went in for 2 chips to get filled and now my car has a hairline windshield crack that covers more than half of my windshield. Now I need to replace it. Never called me to let me know vehicle was completed and claim that heat caused that. All they claim is these things happen and I have to deal with it. I told the front desk guy and the technician to call when completed never did.

  While the technician was knowledgeable and friendly, the service counter lady was rude and incompetent. Had her AirPods in and made every effort to shoo me away from the service desk as fast as possible while I was trying to understand how I could make sure the correct windshield part # would be available next time, as this time it was not (even though they accepted the appointment over a week in advance knowing the make, model, trim and year).

  Service Complaint: I chose the drop off by 9:30am option at Scottsdale location. I received a text confirmation of appointment stating the vehicle would be done by 5:00pm, if dropped off by 9:30am. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:10am. The receptionist stated I’d receive a text when the vehicle was done or it would be available for pickup at 5:00pm. I didn’t receive a text, but arrived at the Scottsdale location at 5:00pm. The new receptionist checked on my vehicle and said it would be done by 6:00pm. I discovered shortly thereafter, my replacement had not been started. I watched from the lobby as they removed the original windshield at around 5:20pm. My vehicle was the last remaining unfinished replacement. This is the second time I’ve used the drop off option and my vehicle was not completed by 5:00pm. My insurance company defaults to Safelite. I will not utilize this service again. If possible, I’ll select a different option for windshield replacement.

  Had a great experience with my recent windshield repair by Safelite. It was easy to set up an appointment online. Eric was the technician and did an excellent job on the repair. I had a fairly good-sized chip just below the driver’s line of sight and now I can hardly tell there was a chip there. I highly recommend Safelite.

  Ryan with Safelite was fantastic. He called before arriving, showed up on time and replaced my windshield quickly and professionally. The entire process was completely hassle-free from start to finish. He even took the time to reinstall my dash cam and neatly hide the wiring, which I really appreciated. Excellent service, great attention to detail and a very smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!
