  I did not have an appointment but they were still able to get me in. Routine maintenance, oil change and filter and rotating tires. Everything went smoothly and the wait time was reasonable.

  I really honestly wished at the first hiccup that it would get resolved and I could turn around and write a good review because I understand how helpful good reviews can be. But unfortunately that is not the case here. I could go into details but honestly I’m too exhausted from this entire experience. I went into Right Toyota knowing it wasn’t going to be an easy experience and that there would be bumps along the way considering I have terrible credit and an out of state co-signer. I tried my best to stay patient but here we are 8 days after I put money down on a car and I still do not have the car. I was told I HAD to purchase insurance that night because the car HAD to be driven off the lot that night. And not only do I still not have the car but my co-signer hasn’t even received the paperwork. I’m sure this is a great place for people who know what they want and aren’t in strange positions. The guys I worked with were all very nice and professional. But if you’re a person like me who needs any help at all, I wouldn’t go here. If you do not have pockets of cash then you are not a priority to them. I get it, it’s business. They’re there to make money. Unfortunately for me I’m paying car insurance on a car that’s sitting in their lot collecting dust. And I’m out a down payment that I could have given to another business by now. UPDATE: Hi Jaime, I did contact you yesterday and left a message but not response yet. Did you you know you can over night usps to a P.O. Box? I did because I googled it. I also contacted the closest mail carrier to your business to ask them just to make sure. They told me “Yes, that is no problem at all.” Unfortunately TWO of the employees at Right Toyota have told me you can’t. And that’s what the hold up is. Seems pretty wild. I won’t be reaching out to either of them considering they either don’t know their stuff or they’re going out of their way to lie to me. I’m excited to hear back from literally anyone who has a decent explanation as to why 10 days later my co-signer still has not received her paperwork! :)
