  Awesome guys at this location!!! They were so attentive and when I mistakenly locked my key in my vehicle, Kevin and Payton were there to help without hesitation. 1000/10 service :)

  I canceled my membership with this car wash, yet they kept charging me for two months, I explained the entire situation and went to see the manager; he took me into his office to process the cancellation because he saw that it couldn't be done via the QR code. He told me it was canceled, but they continued to charge me anyway. He gave me a receipt—which I subsequently lost—but that was no excuse for them to keep billing me for two consecutive months. I spoke with Anthony from corporate, and he told me that if I couldn't find the receipt, then I hadn't actually canceled anything. I told him, "You can check the security cameras to see when I went in to speak with the manager and when he processed the cancellation." He was extremely rude to me and told me he wouldn't refund a single dollar. Be very careful with this car wash; THEY ARE MONEY- HUNGRY !!!! THEY ARE MONEY-HUNGRY !!! They don't deserve even the corner of a star.

  Best experience! I came today to get a wash and something was wrong with my account. Kevin was able to help and take care of the situation. He was very kind and you can tell he loves life and it just a breath of fresh air. Someone give him a raise immediately. 10/10

  The rotating brush is been broken for few weeks now. Other than the service is good with the moist towels, glass cleaner to use. I just wish they check the towels bin constantly especially on the busy days. That will be all.
