  What an amazing experience I had at Jiffy Lube today-TJ the manager was memorable and his team was incredibly efficient. I was out the door in 15 minutes-Oil changed and windshield wiper fluid filled! The team was extremely polite and efficient!

  The entire team was efficient, knowledgeable, and very quick. They got my vehicle in and out in about 10 minutes. High level professionalism and experience. If you’re ever near the Frank Lloyd Wright location stop in, these guys are fantastic.

  These guys are awesome. Just came back from a 3000 mile road trip and beat on my truck hard. Lots of off roading and lots of hard miles fully loaded. I brought my truck by the shop and they did a full inspection and made sure I was completely taken care of. They’re also super personable and seem to have a really great understanding of hospitality. I will definitely be back as I trust that this team will protect my investment.

  Passing thru town on a road trip. Oil change was fine. They mentioned in passing a possible issue with my car but did not adequately explain what would happen if it was not addressed. Later that day I had an issue while on the highway. My car wasn't safe! What could have been a 10 minute fix by them, another mechanic, or friend has resulted in stress and repairs.

  I left this Jiffy Lube location at approximately 11:12 AM today, and it was easily the most unprofessional customer service experience I have encountered in over 50 years. I brought in my 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 96,131 original miles in showroom condition and asked for one simple service: change the oil and replace the oil filter using my customer-supplied oil and filter. The initial labor quote was $100. When I expressed that the price seemed excessive, the manager suddenly dropped it to $48.99. That dramatic price change alone raises serious questions about how customers are being quoted. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. The managers and employees were sarcastic, rude, dismissive, and openly unprofessional. There were no vehicles waiting, no vehicles in the service bays, and five employees standing around, not including the manager, yet I was treated as though I was inconveniencing them by bringing in business. The most concerning part was watching the actual oil change. The technician installed the new oil filter in the oil cap, but then attempted to reinstall the oil filter cap without replacing the new O-ring. Anyone familiar with these 6.0L Power Stroke engines knows the O-ring must be replaced during every oil change and a new one was included in the filter kit. I had to get out of my truck and point out the new O-ring in the box was not installed. Had I not been paying attention, the old O-ring would have been reused that could have led to a catastrophic engine seizure. That mistake alone makes me question what else might have been overlooked, for example, did they tighten the oil plug too tight or not enough. I asked if they would torque down the oil cap to the manufacturer specifications. I was told they don’t do that and they don’t have a torque wrench. I’ve had oil changes performed at many shops over the years, including VIOC & Jiffy Lube, and I have never experienced this level of incompetence, poor communication, and outright disrespect. Customer service starts at the top, and based on what I witnessed today, management & the franchisee has set a very low standard. I will never return to this location, and would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting their vehicle to this shop.
