Amazing experience! I rented a Range Rover and absolutely loved it. The car was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and made our trip so enjoyable. Sintia was the best: friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process incredibly easy. This wasn’t our first rental with them, and definitely won’t be our last. We’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Sintia V. at Enterprise Scottsdale Exotic. She went above and beyond to help me secure a specific vehicle I was hoping to rent. From the very beginning, she was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making it happen. Her excellent customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring a customer leaves happy. Thank you, Sintia, for your exceptional service, I truly appreciate all your help and highly recommend working with her!

Customer service is Terrible, Sinitia was no help she seems to always be in a hurry I am a frequent customer and they tell you they are going to check and give you a call back and NOT ONCE did I ever get a call back I have to keep calling. Like do you guys have the cars or not it’s that simple. It happens every time I call to make a reservation. I once told her to reserve a car for me 2 weeks in advance. She ended up renting it out and throws me whatever there was completely disregarding my reservation. Then stated it got crashed I came back to drop off the car next week and the car I originally wanted was right there. Absolutely Terrible will be taking my services elsewhere since Reservations and Clients aren’t respected here.
