  Cameron’s store is THE BEST in customer service is one that actually listens to your problems and needs and tries to help you figure out around them he sits there and explained every little detail that you need to know and won’t let you leave until you fully understand them. This guy takes the time to actually care for his customers and that’s what customer service is really all about. I’ve been renting through Enterprise for 10+ years and I’ve been a business plus member for a while now and I refuse to rent through any other Shop location just due to the fact that I have never gotten the same treatment as I have with Cameron and he’s always so polite. Every other enterprise is a hit or miss again, but Cam store is rated number one in my book in the state of Arizona if anybody wants to run through him just give him a call and he can actually give you a better rate over the phone. He can find you a better way he’s he’s an honest guy trying to find you the best deal possible it’s just really seems like he understands what people are going through with money and and savings is what everything is all about so I really appreciate Cameron and his team. Also Brett answered the phone for one at one time and I accidentally called the airport location. They cussed me out screaming and I found out it was a third-party place, not even related to enterprise, but they still compensated me for what the lady said, even though she didn’t work for enterprise to work for the airport, they didn’t have to do that, but they did and I really appreciated that Brett was the one on the phone with me helping with that and then ATEM my man he is the most polite guy you will ever meet explaining things in a smooth understandable well spoken anything that comes out of that man’s mouth sounds very professional honestly, I don’t understand how the store isn’t getting bonuses for all the customer service support. Every customer I walked into because I’m a people person and I asked him is it isn’t this the best store everybody said yes I asked 20 people and I’ve been renting through Cameron for a month now so again he is the best. This is the best location you can ever go to. I’m a salesman. I really just go off customer service and these guys have everything customer service knowledge and the heart to help please please please don’t go to any other enterprise. Just call Cameron at that store and then he’ll set you up with whatever you need in Arizona don’t go through any other enterprise. I don’t trust him. I trust Cameron, and you tend to trust one person you’ll get better results. Hope you take my advice.

  Your team was amazing from the first day to the last. This was such a good experience at a very difficult time, as any car crunch is, big or small. On return day I had a very tight personal schedule, the place was busy, and I asked if my ride back to VAN Collision center could be expedited. Less than 2 minutes later I was on my way. This team does everything in their power to keep everyone happy and it shows.

  I want to give my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Patrick Welch and Atem Agot for making my experience at Enterprise one that I will remember every time I go back for my next rental car. Their excelling customer service and amicable personalities made me feel welcomed and elated that I chose to trust Enterprise with my rental needs. My car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. They got me into and out of my rental expeditiously. And the paperwork process was made simple, thorough, and quick thanks to the adept skills offered by Patrick and Atem. Will be definitely going back thanks to these two gentlemen, thank you both, Enterprise should give you both the highest commendations for your incredible customer centered care.
