  Enterprise picked me up right on time, and the check-out process was incredibly fast. The car was decent—definitely had some high mileage on it—but it ran perfectly fine with absolutely no issues. Returning it was a total breeze. Simple, reliable, and exactly what I needed.

  We travel from Texas to go to the Mayo clinic for great doctors. Enterprise has made the trip much easier. Good vehicles and super friendly and accommodating staff. Special thanks to Taylor for outstanding service.

  I rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location for nearly eight weeks and had a very disappointing experience. During the rental process, I was shown three different vehicles. Each time I selected one, I was told it was not actually available. After that, I was given a very small vehicle that had not even been washed or properly prepared. What was even more frustrating was the lack of customer service afterward. I was promised at least four separate times that a manager or district manager would call me to discuss my concerns. Despite those promises, no one ever contacted me. As a long-term customer who rented for almost two months, I expected much better service and follow-through. The condition of the vehicle, the confusion during the rental process, and the failure of management to return my calls have left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from this location.

  The absolute best company to rent a car from they are very hands-on and extremely helpful. I've had nothing but great experiences with them I don't rent from the airport anymore it's too expensive and too annoying to get the car it's best to Uber to the car rental and they even reimburse you for it when you leave to go back to the airport. I've been renting from them for years and this was the first time I got a blowout with my rental vehicle unfortunately this vehicle had a donut and I was a couple of hours away from Scottsdale they allowed me to swap the car out at a local enterprise which was in cottonwood another amazing experience these people were ready for me and had the car ready for me to swap out into the even helped me with my luggage. The employees at this company are extraordinary Maddie and Cole are wonderful in the South Scottsdale office and Frankie is the one who helped me at cottonwood just an excellent team and wonderful people that do the right thing for their customers they are very personable and they really care about what you're going through Don't rent from any other company!

  The whole team operated like a well-oiled machine. There were so many customer service situations happening all at once. One woman was having trouble with her car, another couple was picking up a booking, and the phones were constantly ringing, yet every call was answered professionally within what felt like one ring. Staff even made time to hold the door for people coming in and out. We were walk-ins and waited no more than 5 minutes before being helped. Our rep was fantastic. We only needed a car for the day, and instead of just handing us keys, he asked what we drove at home and recommended a more premium option that still fit comfortably within our budget. It honestly made the experience feel elevated and thoughtful rather than transactional. Pickup was quick and seamless, and the drop-off experience was just as easy. Every rep we interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell this location has an amazing team culture!
