  Had an amazing experience at this location! Had to rent a car due to a surprise fix on my van. I visited 8/24 afternoon and the staff rolled out the red carpet, literally a red carpet, when me and my boyfriend entered the store! From pickup and return on 8/25, Connor and his team we extremely hospitable, attentive, and friendly. As a manager in hospitality/entertainment, it's easy to spot when a business is doing things right with their service, staff, and culture, and this location is doing an amazing job. Thank you for experience!

  I moved to Scottsdale a year ago from Chicago and don’t have a car. This location is my go to when I rent a car once to twice a month. The entire team here is outstanding!! Always friendly, welcoming and most importantly professional. The customer service is exceptional and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you walk away happy. Highly recommend. The location is key bc it’s close to old town and not to far from the airport if you are needing a car while on vacation.

  What a staff! Why is everyone so happy and friendly here? So much courtesy, from opening the door welcoming everyone to quick turn around to your vehicles. There was a blip with our car and shout out to Maddie and Sarah for quickly pivoting to make sure we had an amazing rental holiday. I prefer to rent here than the airport.

  Because of my traveling lifestyle, I frequent many Enterprise branches for my travel needs. And I must say, the staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and gets the job done in a timely and professional manner. Even small intangibles like remembering names and conversations that occurred from rental pickup to return. Very sure most of the staff are current or recently graduated college students. Meaning those kids have potential with their careers for anyone looking to hire in the area.

  Had a rental from this branch a few weeks ago. The first car we were given developed a flat tyre within a few hours, but we took it back and were out the door with a replacement in less than 15 minutes. The replacement car unfortunately had a few warning lights come on over the weekend, which was frustrating, although this was nothing to do with the branch itself. I reported the issues at the end of the rental and was given a 50% refund, which was a very fair resolution. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient throughout. I’m only giving four stars because of the warning lights with the replacement car, definitely not because of the branch or its staff!
