Unfortunately, the highway to Scottsdale, AZ was closed, due to a vehicle and brush fire, and we had to turn back. We ended up getting a replacement, at a different Enterprise location. Thanks for your support and I apologize for the mistaken previous review. That review was for a different Enterprise location.

I was supposed that the prices were less than Turro and the cars newer and better condition. What I really liked was that there were no long lines and the team members were fantastic. There was a small problem that arose during my rental and the manager took care the issue above and beyond my expectations. They turned negative into a positive and because of it, I am now a loyal customer. Plenty of inventory to choose from also. I highly recommend these folks!
- BCBurton ConliskJun 7, 20265.0First car rented lost hubcap after hitting a bump. Slit sidewall on front tire. Returned for tire repair and Thomas at 15075 Hayden location switched me into another vehicle instead. It was a Nissan Sentra and road excellent the entire trip. It was a vacation/heart doctor's visit, so a bit stressful. But this car reduced my stress with its great performance and gas mileage. Thank you so very much Enterprise! I'll be back in 6 months. Have to see the heart doctor again.
