  I’ve had pretty good experiences with Enterprise in the past, so I was honestly disappointed with how this situation was handled. This happened on July 27, and although it’s been a few days, I still wanted to share my experience. I accidentally left my battery in a rental car, and when I called, the first person I spoke with told me they had found it. However, when I later spoke with the managers, Thomas and Jordan, I was told that they had never seen the battery and that they didn’t have it. This was confusing because I had already been told that it was there. Thankfully, I was eventually able to get my battery back, and I really appreciate the employee who initially helped me. My main concern was the communication throughout the situation. I never received an apology or acknowledgment from the managers, which I felt could have made a big difference. Overall, my experience with Enterprise had been fine before this. I just wish this particular situation had been handled with better communication and customer service.

  The fantastic customer service is the primary reason I continue to use Enterprise when I have vehicle rental needs. Even when the vehicles have the occasional issue, the customer service does very well to mitigate the situation and make it all worthwhile 💯 I plan to get another rental from Enterprise this weekend just because! 😎

  Rented a Corolla or similar - ended up with a high mileage Sentra that shook like crazy any time I got up above 80mph. Extremely dangerous! Car is in dire need of alignment, new struts, and perhaps even new rods. Car was given to me un-vacuumed with 3 small dings in the windshield and a cigarette burned hole in the driver seat. Took 25+ minutes to pick up the car despite having filled out all of the paperwork online to facilitate an "expedited pickup." Time is money. Hertz blows these guys out of the water when it comes to respect for their customers' time and safety. Not impressed or amused. Next time I will be renting from a different company.
