I brought my Pearl White Tacoma to Rick to give it a tuxedo warp, tint the windows, and add XPEL protection to the entire hood, fenders, and rear side panels of the truck. The transformation is absolutely phenomenal! The work was beautiful, and my truck came back looking even better than I could have imagined. What impressed me the most though, was Rick’s commitment to making sure I was completely happy with the finished product. When I pointed out a few areas that I had concerns about, he didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to make the necessary corrections. He took the time to make everything right and returned my truck looking perfect! The attention to detail, craftsmanship, professionalism, and costumer service were all outstanding. It’s obvious Rick takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re considering tint, a wrap, or XPEL protection, I highly recommended Cactus Tint and Rick Sullivan. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my Pearl turned out! She looks amazing!

He made recommendations, which I ended up taking. Exactly a week later, new XPEL XR Plus tint was installed on my car. I came in a little after 8am, waited in the lobby (there were complimentary drinks and snacks), went to a nearby brunch place, and before 10am when I was about done with my food, I got a text with an update about the completion of the job and an email on the warranty information. They did an amazing job with the installation. A very satisfied customer here and I highly recommend this business!
