  I had such a great experience at Brakes Plus! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, honest, and super helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured or confused, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your car, but this team made me feel confident that I was in good hands. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left feeling safe on the road. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and recommending Brakes Plus to friends and family. Thank you for making what’s usually a stressful experience so easy and positive! Ask for Mike each time!!!

  Absolutely great Alignment experience. I was able to book in with ease, the service was amazing, no hard sell though good advice is given. The best part is the customer service. I felt very important, listened to and cared about. I was going through a very hard time the employees made sure they went the extra mile to help me. Louie the manager is an amazing guy. He has some of the best people skills I've ever come across. Giving me sound advice and helping by offering extra support if things don't work out after work they did. I couldn't be happier.   Best place in Greater Phoenix to get service done on your vehicle! I have shopped around at places from Goodyear to North Phoenix to Scottsdale over the years, and I finally found a winner. From my very first phone call to my car rolling out after receiving top-notch service, Mike was friendly, professional, efficient, and made me feel like the most valuable customer. He went above and beyond at every stage of the process, and even offered to order a Lyft/Uber to take me to and from work while my car was being worked on. He was clear about all of the costs and explained exactly what my car needed and why. All the other employees I interacted with were exceptional, as well. I’ll definitely be going back here regularly!

  I showed up this morning expecting to pay a goood chunk of money and just super confused as to why my car was squeaking. Louie was great!!! He explained things thoroughly & addressed a few other things I possibly needed for my vehicle. Instead of draining my pockets he was very honest with my options and the lifetime in my concerned areas. I am leaving without any services besides his assistance. I highly recommend Louie’s assistance specifically!! The team seemed to respect and follow his lead so I’m sure I could say the same for others but only dealt with Louie. Definitely will be coming back here for any future vehicle concerns that they are able to take care of!!! :)) Thank you again!!

  Wasn't sure what to expect at this location as when it was pep boys the service and the actual building both inside and out were let's say icky. I showed up with my dog and all the techs loved on her. Mike was especially helpful. I went in for a standard oil change and he gave me a rundown on everything that was wrong with my car and what his most important recommendations were. There was no high pressure and the price quoted was very reasonable. I think I found my new mechanic. Highly recommend.
