  Great battery swap from Jonathan - and awesome customer service from the CS Manager, I didn't catch his name. However, while my battery was being swapped out, an employee named John came out to scold Jonathan while he was swapping out my battery...saying, "you do realize you guys have put me 72 hours behind, right?!". I'm assuming this is related to inventory....Regardless, this conversation shouldn't have happened in front of a customer.

  The parts counterman has a very nasty karma he has made me feel disrespected twice, his Tag Name Starts with a J I couldn't get his full Name He always speaks to me in Spanish even though I always start the conversation in English, and never ask him to speak to me in Spanish, to other customers he always speaks to them in English, he never has a smile for you, he doesn't even thank you at the end, it's probably the last time I'm going to that AutoZone to buy parts, I'm thinking very seriously to switch to O'Reilly's from now on,

  Came in for a battery issue and the service was quick and easy! Highly recommend for simple service- I had no wait and there was no fuss with making sure my car was back to road-ready. Brook was very helpful and knowledgeable.

  Avoid AutoZone—Go to O'Reilly Instead for Real Customer Service! I had a frustrating experience with AutoZone and will not be returning. My car died two days in a row, so I went to AutoZone two days in a row specifically asking them to check the battery. Both times, they just hooked up their tester, saw that it passed, and sent me on my way without digging any deeper or trying to figure out why a "good" battery kept leaving me stranded. The staff gave off a clear energy that they simply did not want to help me.Frustrated, I decided to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts instead, and the difference was night and day. The staff at O'Reilly actually wanted to help me. They looked past the basic test, checked my full system, and immediately recognized that the battery was indeed the problem. They even replaced it for me right then and there.It makes a massive difference when a business actually cares about customer service and wants to help you solve a problem. If you want helpful staff who care about service, go to O'Reilly instead of AutoZone.

  I came in looking for a couple of battery cables and other essentials. The manager, Josh Miller was a great help!! He not only gave me my veterans discount but came out with tools to help me install the parts!!! Josh has a great sense of humor and a wonderfully professional attitude!! It was a great pleasure to shop at his store today. If we're ever in this part of town and have automotive needs, he's the man we will come and see!!!
