    Would not honor their battery warranty on a battery that was still within warranty period. Will be going to another parts store going forward from now on, complete garbage. Asked to speak to someone that was more informed on the situation and the “manager” said there was nothing he would do. Hopefully this review gets views and people don’t buy batteries with false promises going forward from here.

    Never order anything online from this place ever! They just took $300 from me, didn’t have the part in stock even though it says in stock online, then proceeded to have to “refund me” the amount and charge me another $93 to get the only part they actually had in stock from them. Only problem is I don’t see any of that money refunded and they can’t even tell me a timeline of when I can see that money. So now I’m out $300 due to no fault of my own with only a third of the parts I ordered and I just have to wait until God knows when to get my money back in my account…love having all my money taken from me even though I did nothing wrong. Not everyone has an extra $300 they can just have taken from them for potentially weeks, I’m pissed.

    Today, I called the store first to find out if they could give me prices for car batteries, as I needed a new one. I decided to call ahead, and Thomas answered all my questions and offered me several warranty options (based on years of coverage) over the phone, advising me on the best alternative for my vehicle. So, I stopped by the store to meet him in person; the process was very quick, and he was extremely friendly. He showed me additional options—even verifying the battery size—and ensured that it fit perfectly. He took his time with me to find the ideal replacement for my car. He was a very genuine and attentive person who truly cared about my needs; even my son remarked, "I loved his excellent service and the way he helped us get exactly what we needed." Thank you Thomas for your excellent service.
